This is a very nice but basic park. Our rate reflects the weekly price. 50% occupied with permanent residents that are well kept with a couple of exceptions. Grounds are well kept and tidy. Water, power, sewer, cable and wifi were all good. I-20 is nearby and I could hear the traffic at times but it wasn't annoying. There's not much in the immediate area but several "larger" towns are nearby.

This is a very nice park, walking distance to the beach. Very clean, nice pool tho we didn't swim. Laundry room was fine. The pads are nicely spaced and fairly large, level concrete. Water, power and sewer were all good. Wifi was good when the park was 25% full, at 75% it became dicey. Access is easy from the Seawall Blvd just after the Broadway intersection. A bit $$$ but location is great - I guess you get what you pay for.

We used this park for an overnight stop. It is a basic park with no frills but is priced accordingly. Most guests seem to be permanent but the sites are tidy. Overnighters are given long pull-throughs. Most of these seemed to slope front to back which was a plus since it was raining. Efficient, friendly staff.

Very clean park with wide sites. Both pools are closed for renovation. Good power and water service. Curb side trash pickup daily. Many full timers with tidy sites. Rules say no pet fencing but I notice two sites with them. must be nice to be special. Overall a very nice CG but very pricey.

We visited over July 4th weekend and the park was full but we didn't feel crowded. Pads, water, sewer and 50 amp were all good. No cable but we got several channels using the antenna. Many of the pads have good shade. Wi-Fi was saturated and nonfunctional the whole weekend. They had a good fireworks display.

What can I say, it's Disney! Beautiful park, facilities were spotless and the "Cast members" always friendly. It's a bit pricy for an RV park but you're just a boat ride from the Kingdom. Getting to any of the other parks/hotels can take some time. And like I said, it's Disney!

Nice out of the way park so it's quiet. We'll kept and tidy. Seems to be mostly full-timers. Arrived after the office had closed and they left a note for me with my pad number. Pads are mostly sand with a little grass and of a generous size. Would like more grass or gravel but it's a nice park and I'd stay again.

This is a nice park located just off I-10 with easy access. Even though it's close to the interstate I heard no traffic. The sites are long and level. We stayed only overnight and stayed hitched for an early start, plenty of room for out 39' RV. Downside is there doesn't seem to be anything in the immediate area. A few permanent residents but the park was tidy.

Beautiful park. All concrete pads and drives. Each pad has generous room. Wi-Fi was slow. Traffic noise from I-20 always present but did not keep me awake. Grounds are very well maintained, nice spot to walk your dog(s). Most residents seem to be full-timers, all we're very well kept and tidy (not so with most parks). We plan to return.

All concrete pads but many are far from level. Very little shade. Convenient to the casinos and the historic sites. Easy access from I-20. Nice staff. Not all pads have 50 amp service. I had a reservation and got the last 50 amp site. Seems first come... Most folks seem to use this park as an overnight stop. It's an OK stop but would shop other parks should we return. Good for an overnight, though.

Quiet and secluded but still close to town. Friendly folks. Most pads have nice wood deck. Pads are gravel and not 100% level. Nice big shade trees. Spent 4 nights.

Nice CG. Far enough away from the interstate that noise was not a problem. Big grassy area for our dog. Many perm residents but all sites neat and tidy. A good stop. From the north was a bit hard to find the entry, from south no problem. Would stay here again if passing thru.

A nice park overall. We stayed a week so our daily rate was really low. In need of a little fixing up. No laundry on site. Most residents seem permanent but mostly tidy. Gravel sites mostly level. Close to I-40 so there's a little noise but not objectionable. Nice trees for some shade.

Beautiful view. Far enough away from I-10 to be quiet. Great value. We wished we had a few days to spend at this park.

Actually a very nice park. Friendly staff, assisted with backing in. But, there is apparently a stock yard nearby, if the wind is from the E or SE it will SMELL. The only way I could get the DW here again is in a coffin.
