This is a basic CG and possibly the best Deming has to offer. If we stay in Deming again we'd probably stay here again. It is fairly close to I-10 and there was some highway noise but it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed visiting a couple of local wineries, very pleasant experiences.

Was a KOA park at some point. We found it very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. The on site cafe is basic but served us an excellent breakfast. Access from I-10 was easy and is far enough away so noise was not an issue for us. We stayed overnight and would stay again.

The park is basic but nice. Clean and spacious enough. Friendly people in the office, guided us to our site. Easy to access and far enough from I-10 that noise wasn't an issue. There are some delux sites available that have a patio, shade covers and some with chimineas (looked nice). We stayed overnight and would stay again.

This is a "private" campground that will rent to us outsiders. They have a mix of full hook-ups and water-electric sites. They have a weekly honey truck visit included for the no sewer sites. The park is in need of some grooming and was a bit overgrown. It's very quiet and many deer roam about looking for a handout. Our pad was concrete and fairly level but a bit short for our 39' 5er. Water, electricity and sewer were all fine. Wifi was available maybe 50% of the time, if you don't expect internet you won't be disappointed. Regular rate is $35 and $45 in peak period. I'm pleased enough with the park for the $22 we paid, at full price I think it's overpriced.

This is a very convenient park for visiting Fredericksburg but its amenities are a bit basic for the price (paying for location). It is tidy with good cable and wifi and roadways are generous. Our pad was plenty long but a bit narrow when they parked a large MH on each side of us (there were 3 pads occupied on the row of 12 or 14, so plenty of space to spread out). Some sites appeared wider. We both agree that next time we'll try another CG.

We stayed 4 nights and we were pleased. Lots of full-timers but all sites were tidy and there was no mass morning exodus of folks hurrying to work. Camp store was small, laundry room appeared clean and modern, looked in but did not use. Sites mostly level (needed a little help side-to-side but completely manageable) and were nicely spaced and long. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. Trees were small but fairly well placed. Grass for the chairs in the evening. Interior roads were generous and any rig should be able to navigate with ease. For us, Terrell is not a destination (First Monday in Canton is not our thing) but if we need to be in the area again we would seriously consider staying here again.

As in earlier reviews, this park is very nice. Pad spacing is good with gravel and grass. The location is good for access to the city. The chuck wagon is a nice touch, it's basic but good.

This is a very nice but basic park. Our rate reflects the weekly price. 50% occupied with permanent residents that are well kept with a couple of exceptions. Grounds are well kept and tidy. Water, power, sewer, cable and wifi were all good. I-20 is nearby and I could hear the traffic at times but it wasn't annoying. There's not much in the immediate area but several "larger" towns are nearby.

This is a very nice park, walking distance to the beach. Very clean, nice pool tho we didn't swim. Laundry room was fine. The pads are nicely spaced and fairly large, level concrete. Water, power and sewer were all good. Wifi was good when the park was 25% full, at 75% it became dicey. Access is easy from the Seawall Blvd just after the Broadway intersection. A bit $$$ but location is great - I guess you get what you pay for.

We used this park for an overnight stop. It is a basic park with no frills but is priced accordingly. Most guests seem to be permanent but the sites are tidy. Overnighters are given long pull-throughs. Most of these seemed to slope front to back which was a plus since it was raining. Efficient, friendly staff.

Very clean park with wide sites. Both pools are closed for renovation. Good power and water service. Curb side trash pickup daily. Many full timers with tidy sites. Rules say no pet fencing but I notice two sites with them. must be nice to be special. Overall a very nice CG but very pricey.

We visited over July 4th weekend and the park was full but we didn't feel crowded. Pads, water, sewer and 50 amp were all good. No cable but we got several channels using the antenna. Many of the pads have good shade. Wi-Fi was saturated and nonfunctional the whole weekend. They had a good fireworks display.

What can I say, it's Disney! Beautiful park, facilities were spotless and the "Cast members" always friendly. It's a bit pricy for an RV park but you're just a boat ride from the Kingdom. Getting to any of the other parks/hotels can take some time. And like I said, it's Disney!

Nice out of the way park so it's quiet. We'll kept and tidy. Seems to be mostly full-timers. Arrived after the office had closed and they left a note for me with my pad number. Pads are mostly sand with a little grass and of a generous size. Would like more grass or gravel but it's a nice park and I'd stay again.

This is a nice park located just off I-10 with easy access. Even though it's close to the interstate I heard no traffic. The sites are long and level. We stayed only overnight and stayed hitched for an early start, plenty of room for out 39' RV. Downside is there doesn't seem to be anything in the immediate area. A few permanent residents but the park was tidy.
