Southern Living RV Park, Greenwood, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are long but they are not level. The campground claims to have wifi, however the two times we have stayed there, the wifi was not working. The water hookup was in a PVC pipe and that pipe was full of water. They did have a very hard rain, but someone should have inspected the side to make sure it was all in good order. They did have lots of space between sites. We will not stay at this RV park again. We camped at Southern Living RV Park in a Motorhome.

Portal RV Resort and Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We reserved a pull thru site with full hook ups. Someone called and said those were taken, but I could have a pull thru with no sewer. We agreed, but we were not told that those sites had only 30 amps. You can't run a big rig on 30 amps. Since all other RV parks were booked, we stayed only one night and left Moab the next morning. The RV park was kind enough to refund the portion of our money that we did not use. We camped at Portal RV Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

Goulding's Lodge & Campground, Monument Valley, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We didn't get the kind of site we reserved. Instead we got a site near the road that had speed bumps and barking dogs from the house in the back. Overall it was okay. They offered a lot of activities, so that made up for the site. The site was not level at all. The bottom step of our coach was about 1 1/2 feet from the ground. They should really do something about those 4 sites on that row. We camped at Goulding's Lodge & Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Very clean and well maintained KOA. Lush green grass. Our Yorkie loved running it, on the leash of course. Lots of room between sites. Easy to find from Hwy 50. Really enjoyed our stay. We camped at Gunnison KOA in a Motorhome.

New Orleans East Campground , Slidell, Louisiana

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is a dump. Saw 2 guys passed out drunk. One was on the side of his junk motorhome. This motorhome is at the entrance to the RV park and is jacked up on blocks with part of the hood missing. I'm told he is working on it. This park is not well kept, the sites are narrow and so are the roads. The laundry is in a metal shipping container that is heated, in cold weather, by a space heater in the winter. No AC during the summer but there is a window that opens. It also has some serious drainage problems. You have to drive on the grass when making a turn. This RV park won't be around very long. We camped at New Orleans East Campground in a Motorhome.

The Virginian Lodge RV Resort, Jackson, Wyoming

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

The park was nice, but too expensive. It's the only campground anywhere around that will accommodate a big rig, however, the sites are only 40' long. The restaurant was closed for the winter for dinner, but the breakfast was good. If there was another campground in the area I would consider staying there next time. This campground is not worth the money. We camped at The Virginian Lodge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Parkway Trailer & RV Park, Cody, Wyoming

This is not a large or fancy RV park, but it was clean and the owners were very nice. It's on the west side of town and almost across the street from Walmart. We stayed there for 3 days and would stay there again. We camped at Parkway Trailer & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This KOA has narrow interior roads, but the sites were large enough to make the turn into the site. The park was clean and well maintained. We camped at Sheridan / Big Horn Mountains KOA in a Motorhome.

Cheyenne KOA, Cheyenne, Wyoming

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are gravel, but since it rained each night and was very windy, there was no mud or puddles. There is a large patch of grass for walking our dog. The trees were small, but since we use our satellite we were happy for this. Staff was nice and the park looked to be well maintained. We camped at Cheyenne KOA in a Motorhome.

River's Edge at Deer Park, Heber City, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The RV park is a little difficult to find. The office staff was nice and the internet was good. The big rig sties were not nice. The sites were not 35 ' wide, as advertised in Woodalls. At least not our site or any adjacent sites. Site was very uneven. We only stayed one night, but I would not have stayed another night if given the opportunity We camped at River's Edge at Deer Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park. It is new and the sites are long, wide and well maintained. Sites are gravel with concrete walkways. The grass is plentiful and lush. WiFi was great and I didn't see any extended stay sites. I would definitely stay at this RV park again. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Junction West RV Park, Grand Junction, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The office staff was nice and the internet was good. Sites didn't have one blade of grass. In fact, there was no grass anywhere. There were too many extended stay sites. These had metal or wood storage buiidings next to their sites. It looked more like a trailer park. We will not return We camped at Junction West RV Park in a Motorhome.

This not a Big Rig campground. The interior roads are narrow and the sites are narrow and short. We had to drive on the grass to get into our site. I would not stay there again. We camped at Spokane KOA in a Motorhome.

New Orleans East Campground , Slidell, Louisiana

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The owner is not friendly and doesn't care about the RV park. When the grass was cut, the grass clippings were left on the grass and were tracked in our coach. The sites have water puddles when it rains and so do the roads. Internet is not good and the rate is awful. I won't stay there again. We camped at New Orleans East Campground in a Motorhome.
