For inexpensive lodging near Miami it's hard to beat this place. The sites are large and level with full hook ups. The staff is super efficient. You can have mail delivered here. The WiFi is great in the cabana (across from office) where there are many tables, AC and bathrooms. The pool looks nice but we didn't utilize it. There are several laundry and shower facilities spread throughout the park. Clotheslines are behind the laundry buildings but not allowed on site. They will provide you with a nice map of the nearest grocery stores and Walmart.

We stayed the month of November 2015 in our motorhome. The facilities are beautiful and the people very friendly. The lots are huge with a brick patio. The Wifi was consistently good. The laundry is small with five washers and dryers, but clean and comfortable. It was not to be found in the written instructions, but we were advised to set out our trash between 8 - 10 in the morning for curb side pickup, which was nice. I chose this park for the pickleball courts and especially the use of the ball machine and advanced skill lessons offered each week on the activity calendar. Unfortunately just because it's on the calendar doesn't mean it will be happening. I never got to see the ball machine in use, nobody ever seemed to know where it was. There were enough people to play with, but it wasn't the boost I thought I'd be giving to my game by staying here. I was wishing for a nice hot soak in the spa, but that is out of order.

We stayed here for one week in our motorhome, the price reflects Passport America discount. The sites are quite large and many are shaded under large trees. It was pretty quiet, people adhering to the quiet times. The WiFi was strong and pretty fast...and free, it's hard to beat that. The office has many standard items for sale, but I stayed out of there after our initial check in due to the smell of cigarette smoke. We were shown which sites were open and sent out to choose our own place to land and then report back. Our site had two concrete strips to park on and a small concrete pad, but no shade as we wanted the better satellite signal. Most sites appeared to be on the grass.

The office staff was very efficient, having our check in information available during the lunch hour when they were closed. The WiFi was free and worked great. Sites were a bit close together, but this was just for a short stay so we didn't mind. This park is located seven minutes from downtown Historic St Augustine.

We stayed for three nights in our motorhome. Sites are a bit close together, I had to move the neighbors picnic table to open my outside bay door. The laundry was adequate. Park was quiet. The WiFi was free and fabulous...always a premium point with us. It's only a 10 - 15 minute drive to almost any kind of shopping you might need.

The park is comprised of very long pull throughs...lots of room for the car and the RV without crowding. The campground is situated among very tall pine trees, giving it a nice feeling. We stayed for five days. The Wi-Fi was good. The laundry room was small and cramped...decided to wait until the next stop to take care of that chore. The office staff were efficient and pleasant.

We stayed for 2 nights on site 25, nice and open for satellite reception. the office staff was very pleasant and helpful and guided us to the location we'd be staying. This was just a stop on the road to rest and catch up on some housework and relaxing. The biggest drawback was the constant barking of dogs across the street. Not sure if there's a kennel or shelter or just a family with a lot of noisy dogs. We were prepared to stay for four days due to the great price with Passport America, but decided two days was plenty.

The owners are friendly and helpful, stopping by the RV after we got set up with brochures and information on the area. The park has numerous flower gardens and everything is kept up nicely. The laundry is in a shelter type area and has tables, fridge, benches, etc for gatherings. The park is located near the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains, so the view from the park is nice. The internet is free and worked very well...a pleasant surprise from other parks. It's quiet and well managed and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We stayed for 9 days.

We arrived just as the office worker had shut down for lunch, but she didn't want us to have to sit there and wait an hour so opened up just for us. There is no Wi-Fi except for in clubhouse, but we had a good signal on our Sprint hotspot, so used it instead. Nice selection of brochures and things to do in the area. As with most Escapees parks - things are neat and tidy and the people friendly.

We arrived in rainstorm and paid cash to owner who greeted us in her truck. It appears she may have been on her way out when we arrived. Handed over cash with no paperwork and took pull-thru for the one night we stayed. Hard to judge the campground since everything was muddy and full of puddles due to the rain. Wi-fi was iffy.

Friendly office workers and campers. Only stayed two nights to rest up from the road. Had a 60' pull-through site which was great. There was shopping nearby (saw on way out of town, since we never left campground). Laundry only had one of three washers and dryers working.

Rate reflects monthly stay at $450 a month. Electricity is metered. Laundry available onsite for $1. Also a laundrymat north on 65 with more washers. Nice quiet campground. We stay here every summer for 2 - 3 months. Office staff is pleasant and efficient.

We stayed for six weeks. Our monthly rate for the longer part of the stay was $35 a night. Needed to add on two days at full rate of $48. It is a bit pricey for amenities provided, unless you have young children. There is a large pond and beach which they enjoy as well as mini golf, basketball, volleyball, and climbing equipment. Quiet time is enforced so holiday weekends are tolerable. Laundry consists of two older washer and dryers at $2.00 each. Found it better to go to the laundromat in Holmen. WiFi is free here and alternates between very good and not so great.

We arrived the day after they opened but no one was there, so we just set up. Later on a staff member came to greet us and get us registered and we had a lovely chat, very friendly. This campground parallels the highway but is far enough off that there is absolutely no road noise, no trains, just quiet in the country. The sites are very large and nicely spaced with trees for shade, which would make this an even better place in the summer.

The lady at check in was very friendly and informative. The WiFi is free and worked well. Sites are a bit close together. The location is nice for exploring the Kansas City area.
