Efficient check in. Streets and sites are all dirt, lots of weeds...not good when the rain hits, as it did in our case. Free Wi-Fi that actually worked. All hookups functioned - felt safe.

Date of Stay:

Area looks kind of dumpy but hookups with electric and water all worked. Free WiFi that actually worked, although it cut in and out, but that may have been due to the weather.

Free WiFi, but it never worked. We purchased a pie that was tasty and took advantage of the free waffle one morning. You need to carry it back to the RV to eat, kind of awkward, but a nice gesture nonetheless. Okay for short stay.

We stayed here 18 days. It is a lovely park and filled with friendly, welcoming people. There are four pickleball courts and many activities. As is typical with SKP parks, it's a bit of a drive to the closest town for supplies, but wasn't too bad.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. WiFi was an extra $4 a day, but nice and fast. Very clean, level sites and we got a pull through. Concrete patio with concrete fire pit and a picnic table were all part of the sites. We stayed one day while passing through the area. Lots of nice mature trees. Well organized and friendly.

Price reflects Passport America rate. Friendly at front desk, we took a nice level pull-through with full hookups and cable TV. Park looks nicely maintained and there are restaurants within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi that worked very well.

We needed a place to spend the night off the road and in spite the reviews that said "Keep driving" and "Deliverance" we stopped. Price reflects Passport America and it may still have been overpriced. We had a pull-through spot with full hookups and everything worked, but I did find myself double checking the locks on the door before going to bed. The office was a blue haze of smoke and the manager had thick black dirt crusted under his fingernails. It was unkempt, smelly, and a bit scary but we got through the night without any incident.

Nice setting and good rates. We stayed here for a week while in the area. We had an actual visit from the Welcome Wagon with brochures for the area and lots of information on our first day. The Wi-Fi only works in the clubhouse, but is quite fast and free. The laundry area is nice. Big clubhouse and it appears they have lots of activities in prime season, but we were there for some medical treatment and didn't do much socializing. SKP parks always make you feel at home and most welcome.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. Everything is concrete with small shrubs between rigs. Very clean. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Rec room has coffee, pool table, TV, couch, chairs and tables for playing cards as well as working on jigsaw puzzles. Laundry area is nice with three washers and dryers and an area to fold and hang clothes. Nice dog run area with several trees. Very pleasant and convenient location to take in area sights. We were here three days and would definitely come again if in the area.

Price reflects Passport America discount. All hookups worked fine, WiFi was excellent. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. There is a small laundry but we had no need for it this trip - but it was very inexpensive. We stayed here for three days due to a medical emergency and thankfully the hospital is only about five miles from here and was excellent.

Friend staff at check in. Grassy sites. Excellent free WiFi. We stayed three nights. Price reflects Good Sam discount. Quiet. Nice location to see surrounding area.

Sweet place to land while in the area. All the sites face the bay with lovely sunsets. The spaces are grassy with a gravel pad and full hookups. The bike trail head is right at the foot of the driveway. Owner and office staff have a great sense of humor and there are no heavy rules, everything is very relaxed. Nice and quiet but with some noise from Hwy 101, as to be expected...but not bad. The internet is free and fast. We stayed here for three nights in a motorhome. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Friendly park - all sites are gravel. We stayed here a week while exploring the area. Very nice laundry set up - you reserve your time to be sure you have the number of washers available. Nice folding tables, inexpensive. WiFi is only available in the clubhouse, but is nice and fast. Not a lot of activities going on during the slower season, but did manage to get a flu shot onsite while there.

We stayed here 11 days. Sites are a bit crowded but adequate with gravel area to park on and grass between sites. The location is great - near I-5 and lots of shopping. Highway and railroad noise is minimal, more of a white noise at night. Nice laundry, very clean, and economical. We were not given any rules when coming into the park and were scolded for using the hose to spray the side of the RV, so don't try washing your rig here. Office staff friendly. Price reflects Good Sam discount.

We arrived during office hours but still had to do self-registration. The sign said someone from the office would contact us with the password for the Internet. I tried knocking on the camp host door with no answer. Nobody ever showed up with the password. The sites are level and on grass. All the hookups worked. It was quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. Price shows Passport America rate. We stayed here one night and it was adequate for that. I thought about doing laundry but when I peeked into the laundry room there was a distinct smell of mildew and neglect so I passed on this.
