I called while on the road to see if there was a spot for an overnight with a pull thru, and was told to come on in. When we arrived the office was closed but a note was taped to the window for me telling me which site was ours and to just put the payment in the drop box. Easy Peasy. Nice easy in and out as the pull thrus are all in the front. Lot spacing was spacious ranging from sunny/open to some shade. Site surface was gravel with grass.

Just a one night stop on the way back north. Lady at the desk is fabulous, nicest customer service I've had in a while, very friendly. We got a pull through (of which there are many) and it was a bit muddy...must have rained recently. They have cable hookups so we could skip the satellite hookup. Very nice for a one night stay.

We stayed for a week while in the Nashville area. You can't beat this location for taking in the Opry and all that surrounds it. There is a Camping World next door. The WiFi was pretty good. The laundry is adequate, lots of washers and a folding table.

We stayed for a week while exploring the area. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We filled up with propane immediately upon arriving, nice easy operation. Our site was level but with the trees our satellite reception was not great. The WiFi is free and very good most of the time. It would drop off a bit during high usage, but that's pretty normal. We were provided with lots of info on the area from the office with booklets and brochures. The pool was closed, I imagine due to the season. The laundry area looked nice, but I didn't have need of it.

Daily rate is based on a one week stay for $150. Much cheaper than any place else in the Atlanta area that we found. We had FHU next to office with great free wifi. The bath house is located in with laundry and is totally handicapped accessible. There are three washers and three dryers. Both of the bathrooms are unisex and large with a wheelchair accessible shower. Everything is kept clean. We were serenaded in the evening by the spring peepers and could hear a train off in the distance, both very pleasant sounds. There are security lights by the bath house. It was quiet and safe. Most of the residents here are workers so things are very quiet. There are no amenities or activities. It is simply an inexpensive, safe, quiet place to stay while we visited Atlanta which was about 16 miles away. Lots of shopping and many great restaurants in the area.

This was our first time staying, so the free day reduced our weekly rate to $222.45. Normal rate would be closer to $37 a day. You can never be bored here! They have eight pickleball courts divided into four for intermediate and four for advanced. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked lovely. Tons to do in the area as it's next to The Villages. You do need to pay for the Wifi separately, but at least it was available. They provide cable hookups which we skipped since we have a tailgater and had a nice open clear sky. Many of the sites in the park are shaded. Lot spacing was spacious with sunny/open exposure. Site surface was grass and featured a picnic table.

We had asked about a future stay and were told we didn't need to make a reservation this time of year. When we arrived they had sold the last site but arranged things for us to stay for three nights, we had planned to stay a week. I tried to talk to the office three times the following morning but even though the sign said they were open at 9:00, there was still nobody there at 9:30, so I arranged for another stay after our three days were up. The manager came by the next day to let us know we could stay after all, but it was too late. It's a no frills park, older but nice. A one week stay was about $185, which is very reasonable...much better value than the $30 a night for a facility with not much to offer. We did manage to pull in the wifi since we were close to the office, even though they said we would probably have to come down to facilitate it. Lot spacing was spacious with some shade. Site surface was a concrete pad with grass.

We stayed two nights and had been here two years ago for a longer stay. They now have two pickleball courts, but just like our last visit, no one seems to be using them. I won't bother again for this price as there are cheaper alternatives nearby. We did get a pull thru site and they are all angled, makes it nice for ease of arriving and departing. The water has a horrible bleach taste and we used bottled water during our stay.

For inexpensive lodging near Miami it's hard to beat this place. The sites are large and level with full hook ups. The staff is super efficient. You can have mail delivered here. The WiFi is great in the cabana (across from office) where there are many tables, AC and bathrooms. The pool looks nice but we didn't utilize it. There are several laundry and shower facilities spread throughout the park. Clotheslines are behind the laundry buildings but not allowed on site. They will provide you with a nice map of the nearest grocery stores and Walmart.

We stayed the month of November 2015 in our motorhome. The facilities are beautiful and the people very friendly. The lots are huge with a brick patio. The Wifi was consistently good. The laundry is small with five washers and dryers, but clean and comfortable. It was not to be found in the written instructions, but we were advised to set out our trash between 8 - 10 in the morning for curb side pickup, which was nice. I chose this park for the pickleball courts and especially the use of the ball machine and advanced skill lessons offered each week on the activity calendar. Unfortunately just because it's on the calendar doesn't mean it will be happening. I never got to see the ball machine in use, nobody ever seemed to know where it was. There were enough people to play with, but it wasn't the boost I thought I'd be giving to my game by staying here. I was wishing for a nice hot soak in the spa, but that is out of order.

We stayed here for one week in our motorhome, the price reflects Passport America discount. The sites are quite large and many are shaded under large trees. It was pretty quiet, people adhering to the quiet times. The WiFi was strong and pretty fast...and free, it's hard to beat that. The office has many standard items for sale, but I stayed out of there after our initial check in due to the smell of cigarette smoke. We were shown which sites were open and sent out to choose our own place to land and then report back. Our site had two concrete strips to park on and a small concrete pad, but no shade as we wanted the better satellite signal. Most sites appeared to be on the grass.

The office staff was very efficient, having our check in information available during the lunch hour when they were closed. The WiFi was free and worked great. Sites were a bit close together, but this was just for a short stay so we didn't mind. This park is located seven minutes from downtown Historic St Augustine.

We stayed for three nights in our motorhome. Sites are a bit close together, I had to move the neighbors picnic table to open my outside bay door. The laundry was adequate. Park was quiet. The WiFi was free and fabulous...always a premium point with us. It's only a 10 - 15 minute drive to almost any kind of shopping you might need.

Date of Stay:

The park is comprised of very long pull throughs...lots of room for the car and the RV without crowding. The campground is situated among very tall pine trees, giving it a nice feeling. We stayed for five days. The Wi-Fi was good. The laundry room was small and cramped...decided to wait until the next stop to take care of that chore. The office staff were efficient and pleasant.

We stayed for 2 nights on site 25, nice and open for satellite reception. the office staff was very pleasant and helpful and guided us to the location we'd be staying. This was just a stop on the road to rest and catch up on some housework and relaxing. The biggest drawback was the constant barking of dogs across the street. Not sure if there's a kennel or shelter or just a family with a lot of noisy dogs. We were prepared to stay for four days due to the great price with Passport America, but decided two days was plenty.
