We were traveling from California to Louisiana and stayed one night. The park is easy access on and off the loop. It is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. All pads are cement with many sites shaded with trees. It is a great place to stay and will stay there again.

Booked during Balloon Fiesta, were advised we took last spot and no sewer hook up in this spot, but did have dump station (not big issue only there 2 nights). When we arrived late Saturday, when we got to the spot, we were disappointed. No sitting pad, very compact, less than 10' from road that wound through park and heard every car that came in. I went to manager and advised our disappointment and while apologetic offered nothing. My disappointment - we paid same for nothing and other spots had all hook ups with nice pads for sitting or cooking. This spot is almost an afterthought.

Very nice "rural" park. Owners were on site and very attentive to keeping park clean. Only negatives, I should have looked at map and seen distance to Sedona, pulled up within 25 miles, but actually around 35 which we wanted closer. The location is approximately 10 miles off Interstate and there is nothing around, and Camp Verde was also limited. We did go to Cottonwood, approximately15 miles and restocked on supplies.

Had conference in San Diego and chose this one over others. Fifteen minute easy ride to convention center up I-5. Park was very clean and friendly. Store well stocked with basics, 2 restaurants within easy walking distance. Lots of walking and biking space right on the SD Bay. Was not disappointed in anything. We booked 6 days and decided to leave day early and they were very accommodating on refund. Definitely upscale.

Camped in this park twice, once with grandkids and once with friends. Both times we had a great experience. They had planned activities like bingo, etc. You are very close to Avery Island home of Tobasco Hot Sauce which offers tours and is very interesting. There is also Con Ri Co, in New Iberia which is one of few working rice mills in US and only one in Louisiana. All pads were spacious concrete with tables and plenty of room to spread out. People were very friendly. Recommend getting site where door faces east, the setting sun in summer really cooks.

Have stayed 3 times now and going back late October. Staff very friendly, and whole place is what I call septic clean. They clean showers and bath area constantly. Attendant always on duty. Only negative is try to make reservations early and attempt to stay toward the front to avoid noise from I-10. Compared to hotels in the Big EZ this is a bargain, if you can get a spot expect to pay top $$$ during event weekends. Again well worth the $$$

Camped here several times, all concrete pads with plenty of room. While a casino, took grandkids and they have great attractions for children which is well overseen by more than competent staff. Couple of good restaurants and a golf course that is well maintained. Swimming pool is very good for children of all ages
