We really enjoyed this park. Very quiet (billed as a 55+ but they do let the occasional family stay if not going to be here too long). The town of Leeds is very small but is close to Zion, Red Cliffs and Silver Reef. Bryce Canyon is about 75 miles. St. George is only 15 minutes away and Hurricane is even closer. The park is gravel and has a good number of trees. Many sites have a concrete patio. There are several decent drive thru sites as well. Free wifi (very iffy, though) and free cable tv. Nice area to walk the dog too. Pretty clean and fairly well taken care of. Caution: if you object to permanent residents in older rigs you might not want to come here as there are several. However, that is not a problem for us. They were quite nice, helpful people and the sites are kept tidy. We love it and would stay here again and again. We camped at Leeds RV Park & Motel in a Motorhome.
There is a small grocery in Leeds, a post office, barber/hair salon and a cafe (with sporadic hours). Hurricane nearby has a very nice Walmart, fast food joints, movie theatre, etc. St. George is a tiny bit further and has anything you could possibly want. Plus the landscape and views in the area are gorgeous.

Absolutely gorgeous, well maintained park close to many beautiful sights such as Montezuma Castle & Well and Sedona. Very safe park. Pristine restrooms & showers. A lot of very snooty people stay here, so not the most friendly atmosphere unless you are obviously dripping with money and drive a high dollar RV. That said, the Owner (the wife) is very friendly and there are weekly doughnuts & coffee and usually at least one potluck a month. Very obsessive compulsive about leaf blowing daily and anal retentive daily gravel raking that can really get on your nerves but overall a very nice place to stay. We camped at Zane Grey RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Park very shabby and not well kept up. Have to anchor your sewer hoses into the drain pipes with big rocks. Water often got shut off due to pipes breaking and not fixed properly. Most sites not level in the least. Wi-Fi very sketchy. Front sites only were mowed, not the back. Management is very rude. However, I did feel the park was safe. Pool was not cleaned very often so was kind of cruddy. Laundry facilities were next to nonexistent. If you can get past all that, Kanab is a great little town and there are LOTS of sights to see from this central location such as Zion, Gr. Canyon, Bryce Canyon and many more. We camped at Crazy Horse RV Campground in a Motorhome.
