Camp Eaton, York Harbor, Maine

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Extremely clean campground. Showers and park are kept up well. Lots of activities within the campground and surrounding areas. You can walk to the beach from the campground. They upgraded a section of the park this year and added sewer and cable hookups. We camped at Camp Eaton in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly Beaver Campground, New Boston, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This place should be renamed "Smokers Paradise." I am surprised that they don't hand out a carton at check-in. I was disappointed in the size of the site (200 section). If you like to be drunk by noon, drive a golf cart like a maniac, and chain smoke (all at the same time) this is the place for you! On the good side, I did appreciate the late check-out policy that is available on Sundays. I thought the outdoor pool area was very nice. The indoor pool needed a little attention, and some enforcement of the no-smoking policy. We camped at Friendly Beaver Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Mi-Te-Jo Campground, Milton, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

I love this campground. The owners take great pride in this campground and it shows. They rake the beaches every evening. We had a large rain storm one evening. All the dirt roads were repaired within an hour. They are very accommodating. We will be returning for our third year! We camped at Mi-Te-Jo Campground in a Travel Trailer.
