We have stayed here in the past. Each time it was a good experience. Lots of activities. Lunch specials, free happy hour. This time Veterans Day celebration, parade, free lunch for all veterans, flag raising ceremony, WWII B-25 Flyover. Many activities in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times in the past. This is a nice clean well kept park. Price reflects Passport America rate. Had at least 100 cable channels. Escort to the site. Very quiet overall. You can here some of the trains at night. We will stay here again in the near future.

Very nice clean park. Very quiet even though trains are nearby. Had cable TV. Swimming pool was really a large spa but it was nice and clean. Close by to Old Town Mesilla. Walmart close by. Did some wine tasting very near the park. The winery also had a restaurant. Lots of good restaurants in the Old Town. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before. Nice, clean park. Highly recommended. The wireless was not too good but it worked most of the time. We will stay here again in the future.

Date of Stay:

Very clean and well kept park. We stayed for 3 days on a 3 days for the price of two offer from KOA. Lots to do in the area. Lazydays has RV sales and service on the property. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

This is a one night stopover park. The rate reflects the PPA rate. Regular rate is $20/night. Fifty amp power, water and sewer. Very little highway noise. There is nothing (shopping etc) in the area. The park is not well maintained, but it is reasonably clean. There is a small convenient store and a gas station. We will stay here again as it works perfectly into our schedule when we are traveling east or west on interstate 10.

Date of Stay:

The first night was Passport America $20. This was such a nice park we decided to stay another nite. The second night was $40 which is pretty much the going rate near downtown. Even though they give good sam and AAA discounts they would not give us either discount for the second night. We have stayed at many other parks in the SA area and this is the nicest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of full timers in this park and there are some park models. We would stay here again.

Seventeen fifty reflects PPA rate. Other discounts available. We made a reservation. The site assignment and paperwork was ready when we got there after hours. None of the sites I saw had concrete pads. Our site was dirt with a nice mowed lawn next to the rig. Nice well maintained park. Nice lake with fishing and boating. This was a one nighter for us so we didn't utilize all of the amenities. Would stay here again.

Impeccably maintained park. Sites are gravel with nice mowed lawn next to the RV. Wireless is available for an extra charge ($1). No stores in immediate area. A convenience store/gas station is located about 1/2 mile away. Walmart is 10 miles east on IS 10. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. They wanted cash or check only no credit cards.

Big rigs are able to enter the park off highway 90, but interior roads are narrow and curvy. Drivers need to use caution as interior roads are narrow. Employee working check-in desk was not very welcoming. Park has shade, but over-night sites seem to need attention to get them level front to back and side to side. It seems level sites are for extended stay units. The pool was closed even though the temperature was 86 at 3:00 in the afternoon. Use of washer and dryer is not allowed. Hook ups for water and electric are close to the ground, and if a person has issues with bending may need help hooking up. It was quiet and OK for one night. The atmosphere of the park seems to be "sterile", and we would not stay here again.

$20/nite PPA. Nice quite, clean park. The site we had was not very level but we were there for only one nite. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this park.

Nice park. We had a nice site on the water. Very clean. Lots of trees. Interior roads were adequate. They escort you to your site and help you park. Picnic table and fire pit at site. Bicycle rentals and kayak rentals. Nice city bike path to beach.

WE THOUGHT $48 was high for this park but high season starts Oct 1. You are also charged by RV length. They give 15% military discount and 10% for most other cards. The campground is very quiet and well maintained. It has several restaurants. If you need RV repairs they have over 100 bays but make an appointment. A lot of things to do nearby, Busch Gardens, Disney World etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very nice park. Lots of shade trees. We had a pull thru with full hook up .Close to town. We stayed three days. The park was very clean and well maintained. The park fee is expensive for what it is, but all of the nice parks close to downtown all charge about the same. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the 500 loop. This is an older campground but they have been updating for big rigs. Most of the roads are narrow. Very clean overall. This was our first time here. The sites are very expensive, not up to the $96/nite charge. We will probably stay offsite the next time. We wanted to be close this trip so we paid the going rate. We had a great time overall. We did not use the bus service due to the long waits. We took the boat one time to the Magic Kingdom. We waited over 1/2 hour for the boat to arrive. After that we drove the car since the parking charges were included in our plan.
