Riverview RV Park, Vermilion, Ohio

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at this park over labor day weekend. The park was full as most parks are on the last weekend of summer. The restrooms were clean when we arrived, but as the weekend rolled along, they became less satisfactory. The park itself is made up of mostly permanant tenants. The permanant RV's are all well cared for as well as the grounds. It is a quiet, well run park, with alot of river sites. It sits in a great area, only a few miles from Lake Erie beaches and views. Vermillion is a quaint charming town. If Cedar Point is a day trip, it is certainly close enough. I think this parks' previous reviews are not accurate or fair. We plan on returning. We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Motorhome.

OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This park is better than OK. The setting is very pretty, especially if the horses are out. The office staff is great, very pleasant and helpful. The location is isolated away from all the traffic, but a VERY short drive to everything. Turn into it at the Shell Gas Station road. We hope to return someday and enjoy it again. We camped at OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables in a Motorhome.

Kemp's Kamp, Keystone, South Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We found this park to be very pleasant. Although some sites are close to the road, the road is not busy. Many sites are only one lane so you have no one on the opposite side. This side faces the small creek and treed hills. The tents sites are great (we did not use) they have a covered pavilion on each site. The wildlife (deer) wonder nearby and make for a very pleasant view. The town of Keystone is a VERY short ride offering many restaurants, gift shops and fun tourist things to do. It's location is great for visiting Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse, the best we thought. A great mix of being close to everything, yet feeling you are in a remote area. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We camped at Kemp's Kamp in a Motorhome.
