South Prairie Creek RV Park, South Prairie, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Much too costly for area even though the sites are long pull-throughs, the RV pads are too short. Store & eatery have a decent variety. Wasn't given copy of 8 PAGE CONTRACT, which I asked for and the copy I was given was not signed. We camped at South Prairie Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake Louise Trailer Campground - Electric Hookups (Parks Canada), Banff National Park, Alberta

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Site was too small for our truck & fiver, but we had to pick a site when we reserved and how could we know? There were many sites much larger than ours. Park posted FULL everywhere but was not ever full in our 4 nights there. All sites are 2 rigs in opposite directions and power is on the opposite side of your rig. Why? We camped at Lake Louise Trailer Campground - Electric Hookups (Parks Canada) in a Fifth Wheel.

Centennial Park Campground, Claresholm, Alberta

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly and accommodating office manager who made us aware of the weekend events; one being a classic car show right at the park and a festival in town! Very large sites. Power box is in the neighbor's yard at each site. Dump station is always busy as it is free to everyone. We camped at Centennial Park Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Crawfordsville KOA, Crawfordsville, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

We paid a monthly rate of $500 for 50A FHU. All pull-throughs, lots of trees so no satellite but lots of shade. Nice pool. Gets pretty wet after rains. We camped at Crawfordsville KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Pine Grove Furnace State Park, Gardners, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

30Amp only; no water. We were able to reserve a site across from a water spigot. There are only 3 spigots in the park. Restrooms appear modern and well kept from outside. Site was large and quiet. Entrance road is narrow, long and curvy. Roughly 6 miles from I-81. Far too costly for electric only, hence the 6 rating. We camped at Pine Grove Furnace State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Eat at Floyd's and check out the Ford Complex venue since it is just down the road. Keith Urban and Jeff Dunham were here during our stay.

Lakeside RV, Forney, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Not a destination park. No showers, bath house or laundry. Office not manned. You leave your money in an envelope in a box. Raining when we arrived and the site was so muddy, our RV and truck left ruts. We paid the weekly rate of $135. We camped at Lakeside RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Horseshoe RV Park (formerly RL RV Park LLC), Ranger, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects PA and SKP. About 1 mile off I20. Cash only in drop box. Excellent Wi-Fi. No laundry. It rained while we were here and the ground softened so much that our feet sunk into the gravel as did our rig when we left. All pull-throughs. No shade. We camped at Horseshoe RV Park (formerly RL RV Park LLC) in a Fifth Wheel.

3G RV Park, Post, Texas

Overall Rating:

Across from Park with lake. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Walked to town. All sites gravel pull-throughs. Cash or check. Host is very accommodating. Only downfall is the trains honk in the early hours of the morning. Located at 3rd & G Streets. We camped at 3G RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Midway RV Park, Dexter, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Great Passport America park only 7 miles south of Roswell. (We paid $15.50/night.) Pull-throughs fit our 40' rig and 22' truck with much more room to spare. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. No bathrooms or showers. Pet friendly as owner has 3 small dogs. Excellent Wi-Fi; FREE laundry, but only one washer & dryer; wasn't a problem. Septic was in need of pumping when we were there, so no sewer was available. Dump station on site that he otherwise charges $5 for. Smelled of cow manure due to dairy farm down the road, so lots of flies. We camped at Midway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
