Absolutely beautiful state-park campground. Easy to maneuver back-in sites with ample space for our 40' rig, and 50amp throughout. We were in site #16 which was ocean-front and I MEAN ocean-front. You are literally 10 steps from the beach. The beach is primarily crushed shells, so it's a little rough on your feet. And yes, there is sea-grass, however this is prime bonefish area, so you can swim over 100 yds out and it's still 4' or shallower. We swam and snorkeled. Bring your blow-up raft or kayak as there's an island within paddling distance. The showers and bathrooms were spotless and odor-free. All-together a really lovely area.

This is NOT Big Rig Friendly!!! Sites are very tight, even pull-throughs were difficult to maneuver out of. There are many full-timers here, in fact 95% of the perimeter of this park is taken with them. The staff is friendly, for the most part. Our "Beef" was the wisdom of the management having a "Biker" rally at the park. This is supposed to be a family campground. But, I don't know too many mothers that would appreciate their youngsters witnessing the drinking and revelries that accompanied this group of campers. Or the young ladies that cavorted through the campground in biker's spats: bare-butted with garters and fish-net stockings. Harley motorcycles, and their owners were revving it up, until 3am each night of the "charity" event. Otherwise, the park isn't too bad.

We are completing a 9 night stay here and we've thoroughly enjoyed it. If you love to fish, this is the place for you. Tampa South RV Resort is located directly on the Little Manatee River with docks available for your boats. They also have some really lovely fishing docks here with cleaning stations. The pool is lovely and kept at the perfect "walk-in" temperature. Some of the sites are snug and there are some folks here year-round, but their rigs are, for the most part all in good repair. The view is priceless. The managers are wonderfully friendly people ready to help in any way they can. The park is lighted throughout with 50amp available everywhere. I would love to stay here for a couple of months next year. We loved it here!

We are currently at this Kissimmee KOA and I have to say that we are VERY pleased. This campground is immaculate in every detail. We are in one of their "super-sites" and it's lovely. Stone-like patio, iron patio furniture, wood swing, chiminea (with free bag of fire-wood) and picnic table. There are many palm trees, (some just little), along with other lovely tropical plantings throughout the campground. Garbage is picked up all day. The showers are lovely, pool is very nice with hot-tub. We have excellent Wi-Fi signal. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We also have priviledges at the Holiday Inn: pool, facilities, etc. The Kissimmee KOA is within 15 easy minutes of Universal and 5 minutes of Disney. Sam's Club, Super Target and other grocery stores are less than a 1 minute drive, along with many restaurants. We're very pleased with this campground and would definitely, and I MEAN definitely return in the future!!!!

We stayed at Cedar Ridge Camping Resort during October, a couple of weeks before Halloween. They had alot of activities planned: hayrides, trick-or-treating, pumpkin-carving contest. They also had a competition going for decorating your campsite. Very clean facilities; showers and bathrooms were in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire campground was well tended and pleasing to the eye. We would definitely return here.

Lovely setting. We were on sites 108 and 109. Beautiful huge trees. Well-kept sites with blacktop. Nice picnic tables with fire-rings. Some of the staff are a little "crotchety" but, efficient. Good security as it closes up tight at night. Rangers patrol, but they're not bothersome at all. It's a beautiful setting. I would prefer somewhere with more amenities, however, I would come back here.

This is a new Campground. The trees are small so there is little shade. The highway is directly next to it so the sounds of the semi's are loud all day and night. If you run your air-conditioner it helps to drown out the sound. The sites were neatly groomed and in good order. Our fire-ring had a watermelon in it, that hadn't been cleared up from the previous campers. We had requested a 50 amp site and they accompanied us to a site, but once we got to hooking up the electric: the site next to us was using the 50. So, we went back to the office and they escorted us to another site. People weren't terribly friendly. However, they did have fishing, boats, etc., (for an extra fee) available. Some of the seasonals were a little "run-down". I don't think we'll return to this campground.
