We loved staying at Woodland Acres! We camped on the July 4th weekend, and the place was very quiet, although it wasn't even half full. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were spotless. I don't remember seeing a piece of trash anywhere the entire weekend. The restrooms and showers were cleaned multiple times a day. The only thing that was not great was that the campground is very sandy, and even though we cleaned our feet before stepping on the mat, there was sand all through the camper. Not a big deal, just needed extra effort to keep the rig clean. We'll definitely be back next year.

This is a very nice little park in the Northwest corner of Massachusetts. Very friendly staff, always looking to help out any way they can. It rained most of the time we were there, but the site drained extremely well and we were comfortable the whole weekend. The surrounding area is very interesting with plenty to do and see. The only gripe I have about the park is the showers. They're hard to use with the push buttons which give you a few seconds of water at a time. There's no place to sit to get undressed and no place to hang clothes to keep them dry. We'd definitely come back here for another weekend.

Cozy Pond was and old and tired park, but has a great deal of potential to be a great campground and the new owners are doing a great job working toward that goal. They've installed TV connections to all sites, new Wi-Fi around the campground, and they're working on cleaning up and leveling the sites and renovating the camp store. We'll definitely be back to see the results.

We liked this park a lot, although it's different than most we stay in. The sites are spaced well apart but there are no bushes or trees to screen the sites from each other, and the park is pretty much all sand with a bit of grass here and there. This is to be expected though because this is Long Island which is all sand. The park was quite most of the weekend, but our neighbors said it can get pretty noisy during the summer months. The bathrooms are old but well maintained, and the dump station is well laid out. There's just no way to hook up a water hose for wash down. Someone said it was due to budget cuts? We'd definitely stay here again.

We spent New Year's weekend here and had a great time! This is a very nice park, well kept with some great sites. The campground hosts were terrific. Very friendly and happy to give as much info as possible. The rangers were also very helpful as well. The bath house was heated well, and the water was hot when we gave it time. We'll definitely be back.

The new caretakers / managers of the resort have made a lot of positive changes since we stayed here last Christmas. The site pads have been repaired and painted, there are now awnings and chairs and tables at all of the sites, and they've made some nice upgrades to the landscaping. There is also a new club house in the building where the office used to be. The new managers are very friendly and are eager to help. They've made a nice park even better. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the park Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant is more like a snack bar, but the food is great. You can eat out on the deck over looking the lake. The sites are large, and the whole place is very clean. It's also just off the 40 so access to Quebec City is excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Pelican's Landing is a bit odd in that some sites require you to park head in so that your awning will be on the same side as the concrete patio provided. Also the power pole is on one end of the pad and the water/ sewer is on the other end. You have to make sure that you are positioned properly for hookups. The site we had only had a 50 amp plug so I had to buy parts to make an adaptor at 6:00 in the evening. Otherwise it's a very nice park with great access to the water, and it's very well maintained. There is a resident superintendent who takes care of any problems immediately. As a matter of fact, everyone we met there was very nice. We will definitely return.

Anastasia is probably the nicest park we've stayed in. The areas are not that large, but the sites are well separated by the vegetation. There's plenty of privacy here. The staff of the park was very friendly, and as soon as a camper left there was someone on the site cleaning and raking for the next camper. It was very windy the night we stayed, but the campground just had a light breeze due to the shelter provided by the trees. We will definitely come back here!

Boston Minuteman is one of the nicest campgrounds we've camped in. The park is well maintained, and for such a small area, it's well laid out. The sites are situated so that you're not always looking into your neighbor's site. The staff is very helpful, and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We've camped here the last two years, and will definitely come back.
