Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping, St. Andrews, New Brunswick

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Our rate reflects an ocean front site. Sites were narrow. Ocean front sites have sewer hookups on both sides as some campers (mostly motorhomes) prefer to drive in head first. WIFI was poor. No pool. Close walk into town (15 mins). Make sure you book a whale watching cruise! We would return to this campground. We camped at Kiwanis Oceanfront Camping in a Motorhome.

Headquarters Campground (Parks Canada), Fundy National Park, New Brunswick

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

My family just loved our brief stay at this campground. Headquarters campground is a very beautiful campground. We were walking distance to the local town (Alma). Lot's do in the National Park. We went on two nature hikes that were exceptional. The sites were quite large. We had site 103, and would pick it again. Our site did not have a sewer. Not many sewer sites, they go quickly. No camp fires. But they had one communal one for everyone to join (BYOW) bring your own wood. No WIFI at our site, no cell reception. We would return to this campground. We camped at Headquarters Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

South Cove Camping & Golf, Shediac, New Brunswick

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Staff - very friendly Sites - decent size, but difficult to back into due to narrow roads. WIFI - not very good. Golf Course - in rough shape. Greens were terrible. Close walking distance from "main" street with many restaurants, including Tim Hortons! We camped at South Cove Camping & Golf in a Travel Trailer.

Crystal Beach Campground, New Annan, Prince Edward Island

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects 7 day discount and Good Sam Discount. Stayed on ocean front sites. Long, but extremely narrow sites. Barely enough room for slideout and awning. Some trailers could not open awnings. WIFI was really really poor. Consider it non-existant. Staff weren't overly friendly, but not rude either. Many campers were there short term only. Laundry was $2 a load, and the dryer was $0.25 per 7 mins. Overall, the campground looked a little run-down. We probably would not camp here again. We camped at Crystal Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Grangeways RV Park & Family Campground, Sandford, Ontario

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice and clean park. Friendly staff and friendly seasonals (don't often see that). Lot size was larger than normal, good privacy between sites. Downside: no cell phone reception, no Wi-Fi Internet, and only got 1 TV station on antenna. I can't blame the campground for the cell and TV reception, but Wi-Fi is pretty standard now, especially when you pay $48/night. Agree with other comment, entrance roadway into campground very narrow. Wide enough for only 1 trailer at a time. We camped at Grangeways RV Park & Family Campground in a Motorhome.
