Stayed here about a week. Bare bones park in a commercial/ industrial area with bus transportation at the locked gates on the street right outside the park entrance, however this is a "rough" area as is most of the city. It's only a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter and parking, compared to other big cities, is cheap! Good park to set out and explore from with very accomodating management.

Stayed here 3 nights to tour nearby Savannah. Nice park, like camping in the forest. Good park near I 95 and close to Savannah.Didn't use any of the facilities.

Mostly a winter over Senior park in a great location near The Villages and Leesburg, and a short drive to the attractions of the Mt Dora area. The park is very pet friendly and has a small fenced dog park. There are also a number of art/crafts, games, dinners, and other social activities available at the clubhouse. Apparently there is new management here and the place is undergoing some improvements. The manager and employees here are extremely accommodating. Overall, a nice reasonably priced place to spend the winter.

Nice city park on the water. All amenities except cable, I was only able to bring in the local channel which had awful programing and was only on air a short time each day. This park is used by the locals as a weekend party destination and is an interesting and fun kinda place!

A Winter Texan park. Close to everything around the South Padre Island/ Brownsville area. Large park with a very active social calendar, you won't be bored! All in all, a fun place to spend the Winter with a lot of nice people.

Great little park close to everything. Location on the water is wonderful, took our dog on daily walks on the beautiful beach for miles. Also great for swimming, fishing and all water sports. Management here is very helpful and accommodating.

Bare bones campground, good spacing and great location. Management very good.

Nice little bare bones older park. Very well managed and cared for. Mainly Winter Texans who, for the main part are very friendly, as are the managers. The location has to be the best in Rockport/Fulton area, with the bay directly across the street and within easy walking distance of a good number of restaurants and bars along the water. The only place we would think of staying in this area. We'll be back I'm sure.

Stayed here three months- 2014. Very new very large park. Mostly contract refinery type workers with their families. There is a very nice pool area with a wet bar refrigerators ice etc., club house, and playground. Great dog walking area, but not fenced in. The managers here seem to be on top of everything. This park is very well run. My only 2 complaints were that the dumpsters were only located at the front of the park and seemed to be always overflowing. Also, if you have a motor home with a larger self contained LP tank you will have to totally unhook everything and drive to the front of the park to fill up with propane. What a pain. I would not stay here again.

Spent a week here, office and all the staff were very accommodating. Nice setting on the "lake", really a river! Fishing here is VERY convenient. It's a short walk along the river to restaurants, bars and shopping. The main streets of town were a couple of blocks more. Of course you'll have to drive the few miles to the strip out on the highway to go to the shows etc. If we were to return this would be the park.

Great family campground and very kid friendly. The grounds here are well taken care of, I should say they are well manicured! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. If you have kids this place I'm sure is a blast in warmer weather. The rate quoted is without any discounts.

Nice quiet very very well kept park. If you have a dog there is a large well mowed grass field near the rear of park for exercise. The staff here is more than accommodating , ie, taking you to your site, and even helping you hook up! Yes, there are permanent mobile homes with families and some contractor transients, but seem to keep to themselves. My only complaint is the trains that run close to the park that seem to come every few minutes day and night.
