Easy access off I-94, great pull thru lots, clean showers, would be nice to have a larger laundry area but the equipment works well and area is clean. A lot of park families are long timers. Park is clean and quiet especially at night. Occasionally you can hear a distant train-but not hourly. Self registration is a unique idea but the owner will assist as needed when called. We initially had to take a 30 amp site but where promised a 50 amp site upon availability which was followed thru. You do face your neighbor-one camper pulls in from one direction and the next from the opposite direction.

We had a short stay of 3 nights. Easy access, lots of speed bumps which kept park traffic slow. Grassy areas on perimeter to walk dog and baggies and cans were posted for picking up after your dog. For the size of the park it was relatively quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Be aware that you pull off the ramp when traveling north/ west and its almost an immediate turn into campgrounds. Great little campgrounds for overnight or a short stay. Very clean, well set up for pull thru site- no sewer hook up but dump station is available. Great view and fresh air. We stayed overnight. Staff courteous and very friendly.

We were not impressed! We have stayed before under different management and although new management is trying, it is a long way from good. Lots are very close, ranging from sunny/open exposures to some shade. Site surface is a concrete pad with dirt, sand and grass. There is a picnic table. When we arrived, we had advised them of a 3-4 month stay. When we went to pay for our third month, we had been advised that the site had been rented out to someone else the next day. Initially an alternative site was not offered but after some strong words and 6 hours later, we were given a different site and an apologetic discount for the inconvenience. (This was the Thursday of the July 4th weekend-just try finding another park.) We were religiously forgotten for sewer pump outs, even though regularly added to the list. We also found out that we were moved because a full timer on the hill (permanent sites) complained about the noise of the truck (HDT) and really wanted us gone from the park. New management does not run the park. The hill residents on Paradise Island do, as well as the maintenance manager who oversees the pumping, etc. The weekly Saturday night DJ or Band is a little noisey. Much better when it is once a month. Some full timers actually go elsewhere for Saturday night so they can sleep. The store staff and housekeeping staff are great. Still major flooding with lots of rain. This park is not friendly to HDTs (converted tractor trailer type trucks for pulling 5th wheels). Will not return: will park at Walmart first.

Under even newer management since our last visit. Much cleaner, but still no scattered trash cans- just the parks dumpsters which have been increased in number. Security has been increased (a good thing). Roads are still dirt and could probably be upgraded to gravel but dirt is still good.

Very organized and supportive of the group meeting. Readily addresses any questions or concerns that occur.

Very down to earth campgrounds. The new owners are very friendly and willing/eager to be of help and live on site- willing to take trash to dumpster (do not leave outside overnight).Choice of 30 or 50 amp but 50 does cost a few dollars more. Several friendly full timers located in the back area leaving front area for short term. About half of grounds is shaded with large old trees and about half in open space (great for satellite). Pet friendly with safe walking roads. Ice available at campgrounds as well as laundry area.

We actually stayed most of Nov, all of Dec and all of Jan and 1 week of Feb- working in area. Campground Park was kept clean and had multiple extra extra large waste cans available and emptied 2-3 times per week. Some site can accommodate large campers and HDTs. Water falls were beautiful especially after a storm. The Park area across the river ravine was decorated for christmas and was quite enjoyable. There is a moderately stocked 'library'/ 'book exchange'. Laundry area has 2 washers and 2 dryers (only 1 drier was working). Packages were accepted but some delay since everything went to the main park office building and then was picked up but campground office staff (I dont think they were advised of deliveries and checked when customers inquired.) Staff friendly.

Just a one night stop over. Easy to find. Roads could do with a little work. Several puddled areas and some muddy sites. Not really any ideal area to walk a dog due to mud and puddles. But in fairness it has been a wet time for at least 2 weeks, so everything is saturated. Minimal lighting at night which meant a great nights sleep. Friendly staff. We were told one site when booking then redirected when we arrived.

Entrance area is snug fitting but once in the park spacious roads. Excellent mapping in that sites are listed for long or short vehicles. Friendly staff, we actually came in a back way and staff were able and willing to give us appropriate directions. Very nature oriented with a wonderful falls /river running along side, Good walking paths/ roads. Kept clean, multiple waste containers, grounds checked daily by maintenance. Secured area and monitored at night.

We were planning to stay 2 weeks but then called to go elsewhere for work, so only stayed 1 night. Teresa was super friendly, park was rustic but good walking path and lots of geese and ducks. Restrooms and laundry area needed a little work but were fine for use. Very hilly park but that was good since there was no pooling of water from rain. We would definitely stay again pending work area assigned.

Very clean park. Some tight turns, but manageable. Excellant waste management. Very popular for long term people. Limited sites for short stays. Close to community. Great staff.

Private park-located behind the owners home. 21 sites. Gravelled lots but surrounding grass areas. Great view of the hills and the trees. Super great water pressure. ***Important- storm shelter available. Approximately 15 minutes from Chickasha Oklahoma. Pet friendly. Grass area to walk pets as needed. Very nice owners.

Relatively new park (little over 1 year), very very clean, concrete sites with full hook up, great salt water pool, mail is accepted and usually delivered to your site, walking full outside parameters gives you one mile of walking, great laundry room, close to shopping (less than 10 miles), 2 great dog parks. Close to highway but road noise is minimal. Be aware that above your rate if monthly there is also an electricity deposit (all are metered sites-at this time deposit is $200.00 but we were just told it was dropping to $150.00.

The only positive thing to be said is 'it was a place to park and that is stretching it.' We travel to different states for work assignments. The other 2 local campgrounds in Chickasha OK were full so this was the only option. The entire grounds area is crushed stone, one dumpster with garbage on the ground around it. There is no office/restrooms etc. When we arrived we had to go to several campers to find out where the on site person was and when found he had an attitude 'deal with it' and then a few minutes later came to assist. He did advise us of the tornado shelter (looks like an empty tractor trailer with 2 roof fans buried in a hole/mound in the ground with stepping stones up the mound- I am guessing its a ladder to get inside-not great for bad hip and a service dog). There are free roaming dogs that belong in the park. Payment is an honor system- envelopes and locked box. Advertises on envelopes for cash/check/online (which is not available).
