Phoenix Metro RV Park (55+ park), Phoenix, Arizona

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed at park for 2 months. Wi-Fi was good. Park is clean. However, the only complaint I had was with the long-term campers at the park. Many were rude with the pet owners, and one fella scare the heck out of us when walking past his mobile home with my dogs. Immediately he complained to management. Have doubts in returning to park for a future visit. Half of the campers were very nice, but the other half very rude and mean. They seem to be unhappy with their lives. I thought RVing was suppose to be fun--not at this place! We camped at Phoenix Metro RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Crazy Horse Campgrounds, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

I've stayed at this campground before and truly love it; first time lake view (includes electric and water) and this time up the hill (includes cable, sewage hook up, water and electric). Very dog friendly, and management was courteous. Plenty of space at this RV park. It's an extra $4.00 for Wi-Fi and $3.00 per dog. But, you can't beat the view. It's a vacation coming here. We camped at Crazy Horse Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Calizona RV Park (55+ park), Needles, California

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful RV park. All RV spots are located with a slab. Dog friendly and people were exceedingly kind. Spacing are adequate in size and restrooms were clean. Would return to this park in the future. We camped at Calizona RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Campbell Cove RV Resort, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is NOT dog friendly and management is rude. They complain about a dog's "one-time" bark, but had to listen to 2 1/2 hours of noisy RV exterior cleaning. I was told by a long-term guest that this practice is ongoing. I've camped at hundreds of RV parks, but never have experienced such unfriendliness. Spaces are tiny (you can practically touch your neighbor's RV). We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.
