Wagon Master RV Park, Sanger, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We Love this place! Really cute western motif. Beautiful area with great big sites. Gravel pads, well lit, no freeway noise, and nice people in the office. It was educational for the kiddo because he handled the alpacas. The sunsets from this park are amazing. Will definitely return anytime we are in Denton. We camped at Wagon Master RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sanger / Denton North KOA (formerly McClain's Camp Site), Sanger, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Okay for one night. Highway and train noise was terrible. Site was large enough, but has the personality of an RV dealership, not a resort. Would not return. We camped at Sanger / Denton North KOA (formerly McClain's Camp Site) in a Motorhome.

This is a clean, beautiful park! Lakeside sites are spectacular. Feels like a park in the middle of the woods. We have been enjoying it for years. I highly recommend this park. We camped at Wolf Creek Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cedar Hill State Park, Cedar Hill, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park in Dallas. Convenient to shopping, suburbia, and yet you feel like you are in the woods. Some traffic noise and a typical state park camping where neighbors can stay up late with music and no one patrols for quiet hours. We would visit again though, just choose neighbors more carefully. We camped at Cedar Hill State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Crestview RV Park, Buda, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a dealership with an RV park. No frills, parking lot camping. Very small spaces. Laundromat was super small and there is no where to leave your trash. It was full when we were there, but it was "Austin city limits" weekend so go figure. We would not stay here again. We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed this park. Nicely landscaped, the pool was clean, and the scenery was nice. We liked the storm shelter! The office staff was courteous and there is good recreation in the area. We will definitely return. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Arkansas River Rim Campground & RV Park, Buena Vista, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Park is on a bluff above the Arkansas river, so the river sound is great. This park has potential, but looks a little junky at the current time. We would stay here again, as we love this area of Colorado. We camped at Arkansas River Rim Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
