The spaces are large enough that we could use our slides and awnings and not feel like we were on top of the next camper in our 40' MH and tow. The trees are a nice addition when the sun is blaring. The pull through sites have concrete patios the back ins do not but are still nice spots. The Laundromat was nice with good washer and dryers and the restrooms are very nice and all are very clean. The club house is nice with a nice kitchen and good book selection. The pool is very clean and there is a good area to walk the dogs on the outside of the park if they need more room to play. The owner is extremely friendly and courteous and the maintenance man is very helpful. Came for a week and stayed a month with lots of convenient shopping and things to do in a short driving distance. Will be returning in the late fall. Our rate reflects our electric for the month.

This is a wilderness park the spaces with full hookups are fairly close but set as to still have a little privacy and to be able to use slides and awnings. The management at the check in are very nice and try to be accommodating. The maintenance employee is lacking in doing a good job of cleaning the sites and the restrooms which are old and makes it difficult to clean good but can still be done. Pets are allowed but the pet run is poor and you are not allowed to take pets on the trails due to the deer, turkeys and other wildlife in the park. Hookups are good and is a little tight getting into some parks but u have to remember this is not a resort so don't expect one. It is only a few miles to downtown and to groceries and other stores for shopping. Have stayed here several times when visiting family and will stay again as it is the best place in the area. There is a 2 wk limit. The roads are gravel, there are partial hook ups that have some grass.

The staff and employees are excellent. The park is an older park but the sites are incredibly large and roomy with a concrete patio. There are a few sites where there are a few permanent residences but they are not in with the other campsites. All of the utilities work great and the WiFi is very good. It is a gated park with employees on duty 24 hrs a day. Would definitely stay here again.

This little Community Park is bordered by the Llalano River and there are tables along the river where you can park and stay a max of 3 days at no cost. There are no amenities except to listen to the river run, the birds, squirrels, turkeys, deer, geese and ducks. This is a great little park to stay for a day or two. Strictly dry camping.

This campground was recently purchased by the new owners They have been doing a lot of upgrades on it which you could tell immediately upon driving up. Good water pressure, electric and sewer, and their employees were very nice and helpful. The sites were wide and roomy with a large concrete patio. It was a nice surprise not to have just gravel, rocks, and dust. The only problem was the miniature cockleburs which were not hard to get out of your dog. This is a good place for fishing. The town is an interesting little town, not a lot to do there but there are a lot of good places to eat. Would stay again if in the area.

This is not a very pet friendly park as the pet park leaves a lot to be desired and you can only walk your dogs on the roads. This is a wilderness park and they are not too particular about how the RV campground looks. There is only one other campground in Napa and they sit on top of each other so you really have to decide the lesser of 2 evils.

We stopped at this park to rest for a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised. The spaces were long and did not have to unhook the toad and there was room for slide outs and awnings with out the feeling being overly cramped. The owners are very nice and this is a 7000 acre working ranch and the RV park is in the middle. There are all kinds of wildlife to see and plenty of room for 4 wheelers to have fun. The only negative things is that it is very dusty but it is in the desert. The last 5 miles in are dirt and wash boarded, but if you go slowly you are fine. Would stay here again if near the area.

This is one the nicest parks we have stayed in. The sites are paved and very level and you have plenty of space that is grass and well maintained. Orange lemon grapefruit trees throughout the park so you have a free breakfast every morning. The staff is outstanding and go beyond and above requirements to make you welcomed and that your needs are met. It is very pet friendly and there is a pond in the middle of the park that the dogs are allowed to swim in. Everyone is very friendly that camps here and a lot of it is how the staff makes you feel when you arrive. This will always be my stopping spot when I am in this area. It is just the cheapest in Napa. It is good if you just want to hike or ride bikes. There are no playground for kids, and it is not especially dog friendly. You cannot take them on the trails or into the woods. The deer and the birds are abundant. The staff does their job considering they have a lot to deal with there.

This was a clean park and the management was very efficient and answered your questions. The camp sites were wide enough but not exceptionally wide. You could use your slides and awnings. The reason I gave it an 8 was it was all gravel and dirt. We used Passport America discount.
