This has been the best park we have stayed at during our travels! It was beautiful with the lake, ideal for our toddler with a playground, huge grass areas, and ducks to feed. It is a great location tucked away but fairly close to many things. The hookups worked well and the space was long enough to fit our 40' rig and our truck with room to spare. We even had family come visit us and enjoyed the picnic areas. The monthly winter rate was reasonable for California at $700. The staff are very attentive and the grounds feel very safe. We will definitely come back when we are in the area! I would say this is the hidden gem of the Central Coast!

The staff here are fabulous. It is a large park but mostly filled with long-term residence. They did have room for our large 40' rig but just barely. It was dirt/gravel nearly everywhere so not very fun for our toddler. The biggest downside to the park is the entrance. It is directly off the freeway so you have to pull into Hwy 101 on a blind curve and immediately merge into traffic (only going North). It is terrifying!! There is also no entrance from the Southbound 101 so you have to U-turn on the freeway! We decided to leave early simply because we didn't want to continue to take that risk. If it weren't for that, it would have been an OK place. Oh, and we did get two other residence come soliciting at our door to sell us DishTV. That has never happened anywhere else!

This place is lovely! We were so excited to stay here because the staff were amazing . A real family owned/run business with true hospitality. The grounds were gorgeous and the monthly rate was very reasonable at $600. We fit just fine, but did scratch the tail as it dragged a bit coming in. But sadly we were unable to stay because the old electrical wiring was not able to support our newer rig. We have run on 30 AMP easy at many other parks but here our surge guard kept us from getting enough electricity to do anything in the rig! We were tremendously disappointed, but they were very gracious and said this was the 1st time they have run into this problem, doing what ever they could to remedy it. So if you have an older rig, or a smaller one, or they upgrade their wiring this is an oasis along your journey!!
