Fountain of Youth Spa, Niland, California

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

This is now our 5th stay and it is in my mind the best RV resort in California. Great pools and activities. We stay in the dry camp area which is very comfortable and friendly. Hope to be back this coming winter. We camped at Fountain of Youth Spa in a Travel Trailer.

Cluxewe Resort, Port McNeill, British Columbia

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice north island resort. Camping on the spit is preferred by us, as the sites next to the cafe and office are pretty tight. We will continue to use this campsite when visiting Port McNeill. We camped at Cluxewe Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Fountain of Youth Spa, Niland, California

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Have stayed here three times, always in the upper dry camp. This is a great place to meet people and socialize. Very friendly, at least among the dry camping folks. The pools are fantastic. I do like being away from the cities and this does that really well. We camped at Fountain of Youth Spa in a Travel Trailer.

Oasis Palms RV Park, Thermal, California

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff. However the park wasn't being maintained well. It was up for sale and this may have contributed. The water heater wasn't working on the main pool. We camped at Oasis Palms RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Buckskin Mountain State Park, Parker, Arizona

Very nicely layout for RVs of medium size. A bit pricey. Set next to a bend on the Colorado River. Good electrical and water hookups. Free Wi-Fi close to the ticket station. We camped at Buckskin Mountain State Park in a Motorhome.

Crystal Crane Hot Springs, Burns, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely hot springs in a desolate location. Facilities were rustic but very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very economical place to RV but wish there were more RV sites as we had to camp in the dry camp area as the serviced sites were full. However the hot spring is wonderful. We camped at Crystal Crane Hot Springs in a Travel Trailer.

A good overnight spot at reasonable rates. I don't think I would want to stay here longer term. Used Passport America with no problems. We camped at Pioneer RV Park in a Motorhome.
