Travelers World RV Resort, San Antonio, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

The park was very close to the downtown area and the missions. The park did not seem to be in the best area of town but we felt safe and had no issues. We would definitely stay here again. We did not use any of the facilities as we had relatives in the area and spent all of our time with them. We camped at Travelers World RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Sunny Acres RV Park (55+ park), Las Cruces, New Mexico

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Easy to get to, off the I-10, very friendly staff. We had a nice pull through with a concrete patio and small patch of grass. Most of the sites have a little grass along the side of the rig except the pull throughs in the back. We chose not to unhook and walked to an excellent Mexican restaurant, and then to a grocery store for a few supplies. Quiet park and nicely maintained. We will stop again. We camped at Sunny Acres RV Park (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Picacho Peak RV Resort (55+ park), Picacho, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects Good Sam rate for one night. Easy off and on I-10, some highway and train noise but it didn't keep me up all night. Hot tub could have been a little warmer for my taste but was nice to relax in, we were the only ones using it. In my opinion, the sites would be more user friendly had they been angled instead of straight for the pull thrus. We camped at Picacho Peak RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Escondido RV Resort, Escondido, California

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located, easy off and on I-15. Dog friendly. The price reflects a monthly rate as we were here for 2 months. Very clean facilities. We were up top and there is freeway noise, but after awhile is was just a hum in the background. Lack of parking by the clubhouse is a problem. We camped at Escondido RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
