Sites too close together. Sewers are next to the neighbor's picnic table. Their dog park was ridiculous. Fenced in pebble lot. Had a trail next door but the gate to it was broken and apparently not being fixed. Bolted shut so had to take dogs into traffic on the street to get on it. Only good thing: it is close to tourist attractions. Disappointed. RV'ing usually better than this.

I was very disappointed with the park. When we checked in, the staff seemed not to care and didn't give me any information or receipt. We were on our way to find our campsite when someone in a golf cart did come and help us find it. The dog park was probably 12x12 (very small in my opinion considering there was no where else to walk them). You are packed in like sardines. I will never go back here. If you are a winter Texan you may enjoy it as the neighbors seemed friendly. Wished I had stayed at a local State Park. We had no where to even sit outside as the spot they put us in barely contained our 43 foot trailer so we had to park our truck beside it. The Wi-Fi was so slow I used my cell as a hot spot. I think it was $38 a night as I never got a receipt and it was $144 charged to my discover for 4 days.

Really liked this park. Were not sitting on top of each other. Sidewalk around the lake made great walk for dogs. Also, they had a nice dog park. We will definitely go back when we need to go back to Baton Rouge area. Quick drive in to LSU.
