This is a very nice, clean park with paved and level sites. The people are very friendly and helpful. Employees patrol the park constantly. I have never used showers in an RV park before but I did here since our water in the RV was overly hot due to the 115+ degree temperatures. The restrooms and showers are huge and clean. The roads are a bit narrow with tight turns here and there, but it's all doable.

I don't understand many of the good reviews for this park. I am usually reluctant to issue a bad review but this RV park is just not very good. It's only redeeming factor is its close proximity to the south entrance of Yosemite. The roads leading down to the park are extremely narrow. The speed bumps are the worst I've seen: ridiculously huge and not painted well so you hit them before you knew what was coming. While there are trees all around, the RV sites are all dusty gravel and unbelievably close together. Sewer connections are horrible. Your site is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Works for me since I usually arrive early, but a ridiculously lazy policy. Most of the sites are so narrow that many people's slideouts, awnings, and other gear are encroaching on neighboring sites. This is not a pretty park and I detect very little attention to detail here. I won't stay here again.

This is an old, rustic, heavily used RV park with narrow gravel roads and sites. But there's nothing wrong with any of that. It's an RV park. You would be hard pressed to find a better location in the area. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. We had no problem negotiating our 27-foot Airstream through the roads and into our site. I did notice longer rigs having a little trouble getting around...but they did. It's definitely not the prettiest campground. Our pull-through was in an all-gravel area which seemed a little bleak especially given the temperatures closing in on 100 degrees. This is a park where you put down stakes and then go out and enjoy the surrounding area. You'll be a little disappointed if your plan was to stay in and enjoy the RV park itself.

A very hilly and narrow park which actually contributes greatly to its charm. It's actually quite amazing how they have terraced the sites to fit the terrain. It will be a little tight to navigate any sizable rig but it's all doable so just do it. The staff is terrific and the park is within walking distance to many prime attractions. We would definitely want to make a trip back here and stay for a longer period of time.

This was one of the biggest surprises in campgrounds I have come across. Traveling for what seemed like forever down these narrow country roads we pulled into an immaculately kept campground. The owner came out and met us immediately and led us to our site. She is a charming woman from Vienna, Austria. Beautiful grounds, a nice pool, and a fun walking path compliment this diamond in the rough. I was prepared to hate this place and it ended up on my all-time favorite list. It's well worth the drive.

We have stayed here many times and have come to know what to expect. Clean park, paved roads and RV sites, and reliable services. This time around we did notice that the long-term resident population seems to have increased but it doesn't appear to have affected the park in a negative way so far. You can't go wrong here for a short stay.

This is your basic one-night-stand park. We have been here before and appreciate its proximity to the highway. The staff is terrific which goes a long way for making up for some of the less-than-desirable sites in the park. Everything functions fine and there is really nothing terribly wrong with the place...it's just a little worn as are some of the RV's and long-term residents in the park.

Very clean and pretty park. It is only slightly tight in some areas but mostly plenty of room for any rig. Friendly staff and more than enough to do in the immediate area.

We spent only one night here and it served that purpose extremely well. The staff was very friendly when they welcomed us and we were guided to our site. The sites are very large, mostly grass, with a little sand and they are fairly level. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and well maintained. The whole park appears clean and well kept up. The area can be extremely busy with heavy traffic outside the park but you can't hear the road noise inside. There is a Pilot gas station less than 1/4-mile away (thank goodness since I stupidly let myself get to 5-miles-to-empty). All-in-all this is a very solid stop, a low-frills but very comfortable stop.

This is a very heavily wooded and scenic campground. The facilities are incredible with 6 pools, adequate laundry and restrooms, a small beach area, and more. Everything is maintained exceedingly well and the staff is fantastic. They even have a snack bar that is open on weekends only and cooks a nice breakfast. There is a heavy seasonal contingent on the grounds but their rigs are well kept and everyone is friendly. Activity on the weekends gets very active...lots of kids on bikes and golf carts buzzing around. My only complaint was that there is little-to-no cellphone reception in the area and there are no circuit breakers on the electric pedestals which I think may be responsible for killing our coffee pot during our stay. Overall a very nice stay and only about a half-hour from downtown Manchester.

We stayed only one night, but I really liked the easy in and out of these sites. They are all gravel but pretty level. The only issue is that we arrived after a large rain storm and they put us in one of the only sites that was flooded. Aside from this everything was perfect.

The staff are friendly and the sites are very easy in and out. The park is located strategically between Savannah and Hilton Head. It is a fairly new park and I was expecting so much more. The sites are hard packed sand and many are not level, sloping downward at the front half of most sites. The grass is patchy and mostly sand. You will track the equivalent of a small beach back into your RV. The store is stocked with a handful of snacks with mostly empty shelves; no RV supplies of any kind. There is a gun club and train track in the distance, neither being that frequent or bothersome. I get the feeling that this park was never completed. But it's okay because it's in a good spot. You're just not going to want to hang out here.

I'm not sure why everyone makes such a big fuss over this park. It is very nicely manicured and kept up, has convenient curbside trash pickup every weekday, and has reasonably large sites that are easy to get in and out of. But the park is predominantly permanent mobile homes with long-term residents. They're reasonably friendly for the most part but they don't have anything in common with us "travelers". I kind of feel like an outsider with their clique. The lake view is nothing to get worked up about. It's barely a pond but there are a couple of alligators swimming about. The office hours are only 9-4 on weekdays and more limited on weekends...making it sometimes inconvenient to get your packages or fax if you need to. But overall it is a very nice park with nice amenities, lots of activities scheduled, and solid utilities with great water pressure. Cable TV is kind of stupid and I'm told Wi-Fi is horrible but I just use our AT&T hotspot with no issues.

This park is a perfect 10 is almost every regard. The only reason I didn't give it that is due to very low water pressure at times and some tight and narrow sites in some places (ours was a very spacious super lot, so no problems). The park is beautiful, very well maintained, with lots of amenities. There are many activities that are very actively participated in. There is a large staff keeping things going, and they are all wonderful. A 1-mile paved path circles the park and is great for walking and biking (a little bumpy in places with a small wheeled bike). The park is perfectly located for going anywhere between Ft. Lauderdale to the Keys. The overall experience here is wonderful and you will definitely want to come back.

I had high expectations before arriving at this RV park since it is, after all, Disney. And I wasn't disappointed. From reading prior reviews I was also prepared for narrow roadways and tight maneuvering to back into the site and, again, I wasn't disappointed. It is a little tight but we really had no problem backing our 42' motorhome in. We had a premium site and there was lots of vegetation between sites so we felt like we had a reasonable amount of privacy. There are a couple of stores (trading posts) on the grounds which carry some basic supplies and, of course, souvenir gifts. A bus service operates to both take you to points within the campground and to the various theme parks outside of the campground. Sites are wide and utilities were perfect. There are numerous trash receptacles on every road located with steps of each site and the trash is picked up multiple times daily. A great stay!
