Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins, East Falmouth, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $76.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2 months (June 29-Aug 29). We got the monthly rate of about $2000 per month for a "Glampsite."

Very disappointed. Wifi is almost non existent. If you want wifi in your rig, stay near the office. Use the Deck connection as the pool connection is worthless.

Electric power is spotty. My surge protector kept turning off power because of low voltage. They ask you to use only 1 AC, not two. Bathrooms are not very nice. Clean but not upscale. Many staff not friendly. Must pay for guests. Will not come back. We camped at Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

Very helpful staff. Called a local farm co-op to learn if they had farm fresh eggs before we drove over. They offer a breakfast snack shack. Nice place. We camped at Brattleboro North KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Ledgeview RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $78.00
Overall Rating:

Very large sites. Spotless. When an RV leaves a clean-up crew arrives, rakes the site and prepares it for the next camper. As we don't have pets, we like the idea of no pets allowed. This is an extremely well managed facility. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lake George is a place for young families with kids. Lots of entertainment. There are lots of retirees, like us, at this campground. Very nice place.

Seven Feathers RV Park, Canyonville, Oregon

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

A Top 10 park and you will know why if you stay there. Great shuttle service to the casino. Very friendly staff on site. The landscaping creates a wonderful park like setting. This will be a "must stop" on our way to and from Oregon. We camped at Seven Feathers RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Durango RV Resort, Red Bluff, California

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

If this RV resort were another mile from the I-5 freeway, it would be perfect. Spotless facilities. Very helpful staff. While setting up I noticed that the cable TV hookup was broken. Called the office and within 5 minutes staff was on the spot to fix it. Love this place. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Casa De Fruta RV Orchard Resort, Hollister, California

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Place was empty. Restrooms spotless. The best part of the RV park is proximity to the fruit stand and the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The camping area has a bit too much pavement for me but as an overnight stop, it is perfect. We camped at Casa De Fruta RV Orchard Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Willits KOA, Willits, California

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in a premium site with a private hot tub, picnic table with nice lounge chairs, and its own grill on a cement pad. Sites are gravel and somewhat uneven but still very nice. Lots of things for the kids, but at this time of year the place was empty. Rabbits wandering around everywhere. The hostess was very helpful and informative. They give you garbage and recycling bags. The real downside is no sewer hookups at the premium sites. They bring a "honey wagon" around if you need to dump. Not good when you pay so much. We camped at Willits KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Coyote Valley RV Resort, Morgan Hill, California

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

No pull throughs available. Very clean park. Lots of amenities. It must be quite the spot as, even in January, this place is packed. The sites are close together and backing in can be a challenge as the driveways are a bit narrow which makes backing in a bit difficult. We were near the back of the park but still could not hear Highway 101 traffic. We camped at Coyote Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds, Trinidad, California

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff. Reflexology available on the campground site. Very clean restrooms. Lots of permanent folks but a few sites for overnighters like ourselves. We used one of the pull throughs. Plenty of room for slides. Excellent cable TV with HD channels. The little town of Trinidad is beautiful, clean, and has two or three good restaurants. Well worth the visit. We will stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Heceta Beach RV Park, Florence, Oregon

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

A very quite park. Lots of trees and each site is separated from the others by chest high bushes. At this time of year no kids were around and we were told that it usually is more of an adult campground. Very clean. Easy access to the sites. The gal at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Propane available and the mini-market is well stocked. We camped at Heceta Beach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
