Texas 281 RV Park, Bulverde, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at this park based on high ratings from other users. Our stay was inconsistent with those ratings. The following are some issues to be aware of before booking. Because the park is quite large and the bathrooms are located in the middle, the walk from many sites can be quite lengthy. The posted speed limit sign is 10MPH and it is enforced strictly, you may be forced to park on Hwy 281 if found in non compliance. The sites are very close together and at odd angles, which can make positioning a large motor home difficult. Make sure to know how long your stay will be, as any additional days you stay will be charged at the highest possible rate. I would not stay here again. We camped at Texas 281 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Oceanside RV Park, Oceanside, California

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $33.00

We loved this park. So close to the beach. There are trains, but you get used to them. The pet run was very nice and helpful. Friendly staff and a great hot tub and pool area. One of the best run parks we have been to. We camped at Oceanside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Anaheim Harbor RV Park, Anaheim, California

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very close to a very busy road. But you are 12 minutes from Disneyland. Their hookups were awkward and only allowed for back in. But they let us take two spots which left room for our Toad and bikes. Be careful of theft with the road, although we felt safe with occasional security guards patrolling. Not the kind of park you would hang out much outside your camper. But why would you? Go to Disneyland!! We camped at Anaheim Harbor RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mount Carmel Motel and RV, Mount Carmel, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

What a hidden gem. With the exception of the poorly functioning Wi-Fi, this place has been one of my favorite sites all around the US. The beautiful fall colors, and the fact that no one was there, is priceless. The staff was hard to get a hold of, but because there weren't many customers, who could blame them. I felt they were fair with us and we felt very secure. We camped at Mount Carmel Motel and RV in a Motorhome.
