Hillsborough River State Park, Thonotosassa, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This park would be excellent during the dry season. There is a lot of water on the trails and the mosquitoes and nats were horrible. Bugs really bad at sites along the river. We couldn't sit outside due to the bugs. Pool looks nice. Canoe and kayak rentals. Many sites large and easy to get into, a # were flooded. We camped at Hillsborough River State Park in a Travel Trailer.
