Mega size resort. Every type of hobby shop and activity you can think of and then some. On site barber shop, bar, and store. Sites are a little tight and there is nothing to isolate you from your neighbors as far as privacy goes. 3 pools, 2 spas, and an excellent well equipped work out room. Just a little big for our taste as it seems the larger the park the less friendly the RVers. Its probably just us. As a side note, we are seeing fewer Canada plates in the parks this year and it seems this is reflected in the park rates and the acceptance of PP discounts.

Very nice park with easy to get into slots. Next door to the state park with plenty of hiking. Pool was warm as was the spa. Exercise room was well equipped and maintained. Free internet at the library only. Major draw back is that it is located next to the freeway and railroad. If this kind of noise bothers you it could be an issue. Do not miss the Ostrich farm next door. Its well worth the seven dollars.

Nice clean and well kept park. Very quiet and dog pwners appear to kept in a common area. WiFi was free and the best we have had in any rv park. Within walking distance to many stores. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older park that is being reasonably maintained. Only problem with the slot was that the sewer connection is inconveniently located toward the center of the parking spot. Must be a hold over over frompast days. Pool was warm and clean. Exercise room was fine but with out air conditioning and got quite warm. Biggest problem was the high cost. Much better values are available in the area. We will not return.

Very nice resort. 2 pools and 2 spas. Large well equipped work out room. Spaces are not huge but are nice and we'll maintained. Activities galore. Close to everything in the area. Only negative is, you guessed it, the wifi. In a weeks time never was able to get signed on.

Our 3rd annual stay here on the way east. No negatives with the exception of an intermittent unpleasant odor from the newly built chicken farm. Can really be a problem when the wind is blowing the wrong way. Otherwise the place is great.

Date of Stay:

Excellent. Every thing a resort should be. Great pools and spas. Huge work out room. Mini store and cafe. As usual internet sucks but no worse than any where else. Great level easy to enter slots. Will definitely return. Only negative is the salton sea.

This was our second visit since we were very happy with our stay last year. This year not so much. We were initially given a spot that was in the midst of long termers. Very congested and a lot of neighbor noise. One Rv parked next to us was actually hit by a passing rv. After complaining we were relocated to a much quieter location. Just do not understand why it was necessary to pack every one into one area when they could have been more evenly spread in the first place. Pool was great and the staff cooperative when I did complain. Usual rv park wifi, by that I mean next to none.

Excellent park. The people who complain about dog restriction obviously are the people the rules are made for. We found the lack of barking and dog droppings refreshing. There are plenty of dogs in the park, but they are kept, under control by owners. Great pool and spa. Huge library and great work out room. Went for one night ad stayed a week. Can not wait to return. Easy to get into level slots. Only complaint is the internet. As seems to be the standard these days, nearly impossible to get on.

A nice place to stay. A little far out from the action of the city but not really an issue. Nicely spaced slots and lots of oranges. A nice feature is the RV washing bay for free. All sights appear to be level, ours was. Felt very secure and would stay here again.

Came here last year and loved it. Came back this year half expecting that it was a fluke but it wasn't. We were intending to stay for 2 days and extended to 4. Great pool and spa. Great hosts and campers. Sites are level and clean. Only complaint is the WiFi is the typical RV park slow.

A fine park to stay at when passing through. Excellent WiFi. Clean and level sites. As good as it gets in Van Horn.

Site was level and neat. Was led to the site and treated very cordially. Internet connection was strong but bandwidth prevented using it much. Nice view of the surrounding area from the park. Exercise equipment was functional but outdated. Nice pool but unheated and outside. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Not some place I would stay again. Very over priced for what it was. Cable was very fuzzy. Spot very unlevel. Looks to be primarily used as low income housing. If you pull in late and leave early, it would be ok.

This park is among the best I have been in. Security is provided by a gated system and roving guard. Back in sites view the park lake. Great exercise equipment and laundry. Heated pool and spa were great. All sites are clean and concrete. Only negative is the amount of permanent campers who are beginning to crowd some of their sites with stuff. Would definitely return.
