We have been here for 2 months and the hot tub has only been operable a week. Stagnet water from hot tub flows into pool. Sandburs are in grass and streets are full of potholes and gravel. Managers are unfriendly and if complaints are addressed they tell people to go to higher management, which is never here. Over 60 units are for sale and park owners are buying so many units that people can't sale that they will own the majority of them. The only good thing we have to say is the entertainment on Sunday nights is very well organized but the dance manager is Very rude!!! The maintenance personal walks around or rides around the majority of the day doing very little. The park does allow pets but there are places their owners fail to pick up after them. The policy says no dogs over 35 lbs. are allowed but there are large Labs and other dogs. We won't be returning!

We stayed at this park from Dec and are staying till April. The swimming pool and hot tub were frequently not working. Pad sites are not mowed often and sand burs are a big problem. The small doggy pen is often reeking of dog waste and floods whenever it rains. The park does offer many activities including bingo, shuffle, breakfast, jams, and a variety of entertainment. The population is 95% Canadians. Older trailers are being brought in to fill empty lots. There are many trailers for sale. Managers are not friendly and pads are not large enough to accommodate campers. The campground is close to a vast array of shopping centers and not far from the Progresso Mexico bridge. We stayed here last year and the park was a very nice place but has went downhill fast this year.
