Good location. Plenty of shade. Stone pads some with concrete patio (suggested site) others with grass. Good spacing. Pleasant people. Nice play areas and pool. Very good wifi.

For New Orleans, a decent older place, gated due to not being in a good area of town, very tight spacing and very friendly helpful staff. Close to I-10, grass / gravel sites, full hook up and cable; slow wifi. Staff provides shuttle service to French Quarter. Laundry room is older and well used, bathrooms well used but clean. Had reservation for months at normal rate of $30 but the football semifinal playoff cost us $40 instead. Not an issue. Would return knowing it's just a place to park.

The park is run down with mobile homes and long terms. Probably nice years ago but laundry is inoperative, no camp store, office hours unknown. 3 spots for overnight travelers. No cable. No wifi. Would use in a snow storm etc otherwise not. Nice lady manager. Don't stop.

Nice older KOA park reasonably close and convenient to I-65. Office and check-in area renovation in process. Pull-through and back-in wooded sites with level gravel pads and a few premium sites with concrete patios. Cable TV and Wi-Fi was good. OK for traveling through or a weekend. Rates may be a little high for area.

Super nice park conveniently located off of I-65 (exit 208). Thirty one level stone sites with concrete patios and steel fire pits. Has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Clean, well lighted and modern laundry, showers, restrooms and TV lounge area. Small camp store at front desk with very nice on site managers. Great place for traveling through or spending a weekend.

One of the best parks in the area of Gulf Shores, Al. This small park is west of Foley, Al about 7 miles and north of Magnolia Springs, Al about 1 mile. The park is about equal distance to Gulf Shores and Fair Hope. Reported to originally have been part of the RV park next door with the intent of selling lots (rather than rentals). It currently has a combination of privately owned lots (21) and unsold lots (20) for rent. Nice club house, laundry, showers, pool, and all concrete pads & patios. The property has been well maintained and has nice landscaping of grass, shrubs, and trees. The park manager (Jim) is also the HOA president and is very pleasant and helpful. The host was was also pleasant and helpful. Internet work very good and had two antennas in the park to aid in signal strength. This is a very affordable park by the month, quiet, clean, well managed, and is great to rent for winter stays 1-3 months (or purchase for yearly stays). Propane is available in Magnolia Springs at a reasonable cost. Note: No web site for Magnolia RV Park II.

Very nice wooded park setting - like a state park with gray squirrels and birds. Level gravel sites with good spacing between units. A great place for traveling through or spending a week. A few miles west of I-65 in the town of Decatur near the theme park. Nice people at check-in and those that maintain the park.

The park is in the midst of truck stops beside I-65 on the south side of Montgomery. Very convenient to hop on/off of I-65. Gravel sites are level and OK for just traveling through on I-65 but not as a final destination. You will need to have a city water regulator for your unit because the water pressure is very high and will be reminded of at check in. You will receive a key for the showers & restrooms at check in. Nice people. Park did have Cable TV but did not have WIFI.
