Office staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The site was big enough, but was very unlevel. Wi-Fi was completely unusable.

Quiet and tidy, level grass sites, good satellite view, and a great location. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, but most times usable.

Quiet and tidy, friendly helpful staff, clean modern pool, great location, and streaming WiFi 24/7--what's not to like? We stayed for a week, explored the area, and relaxed. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Some of the sites are a little tight, but for a modest upcharge, we moved to a very nice site, with a firepit, table, and a great view. Our first night the park was full, so the Wi-Fi was overloaded and slow. For the rest of our stay (1 week) it worked very well. The laundry room was well equipped, and spotless. The manager and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. Escalante is in the mountain desert, so the RV park was mostly gravel, but it is well kept and situated to tour everything from Zion to Capital Reef. Restaurants, groceries, fuel, and shops are nearby, and the whole town seemed friendly. Be sure to ask the locals about backroad conditions, and bring your GPS. The whole area is beautiful, but you will feel very isolated out of town.

We stayed here for a week, though if I had not prepaid, I would have left earlier, primarily due to the poor wifi. This is a good base camp for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Jerome. At PA rates it's not too bad--just a parking lot. The laundry was good, though a little expensive. I don't recommend the train trip to the canyon--it's expensive and takes too much time. There is plenty of parking at the canyon, and you can drive it much quicker. The park is not sheltered at all, and strong winds and stronger gusts made outside activities at the site impossible.

Sites were a little tight, but it served us ok for an overnight stop on our way west. All gravel and mostly level sites. Significant road noise.

This is a very quiet and peaceful park. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would have rated it a 10 except their laundry facility was out of service. Others have written that the entrance road is rough--it's just a pretty good gravel road, and we had no problems with it. Sites are level, and the park is conveniently located to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Their Wi-Fi service was outstanding. The views of the mountains are wonderful.

This place is a dump. It's actually an old trailer park behind a convenience store. The street noise was loud, and the published pictures were not representative. The neighborhood worried us so we just locked our doors and waited for morning so we could leave. Very overpriced. Driving in and out with our 34' motorhome and toad was a real challenge.
