This is definitely a family-oriented CG. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the quiet rolling hills of PA, look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a place to stay that offers the children more than just a pool and a swing set, you may like it here. The website directions were perfect and take you right to the door. But, as noted in another review, the road to the CG is dusty with a big hill for the final approach. The staff was neither "welcoming with a smile" nor abusive ... think teenagers doing a summer job to make some money before school starts again. We had a back-in site but the dump connections made no sense. They sat high off the ground too. The rides only run at certain times of the day with the schedules posted on the entrance to the office. The rides were a bit run down but the kids won't notice. Even with children, not sure if I'd return here again but it was something different to try once with the kids.

The roads are a bit narrow and there are about 30 or so non-permanent sites. But, the staff is very friendly and the sites are clean. Also, the new pool area and the clean bath-houses are a plus. This may be a good choice for you depending upon what you need from your campground. If you are looking for a campground with planned activities, a big playground, nightly movies, etc. then look elsewhere. But, if you are looking for a "base camp" while driving to local beach attractions while having a pool for relaxing, give this one a try.

This was our first year at this park and we will be back. The road to the campground is typical PA backroad (winding and pot-holes) but the CG itself was great. We had a back-in spot in front of the lake...great view to wake-up to in the morning and the kids loved feeding a couple of ducks that visited. The workers were friendly and the sites were clean. The store was well-stocked and the game room was just enough to keep the kids busy for a bit while walking around the store. The indoor pool as well as the bathrooms were clean and well kept. There is a lot to do in the area and the CG location is perfect for seeing all the sites.

Moyers CG provides the basics for the travelling RV'er. The people in the office are pleasant and were quick to respond when an issue was found with the electricity on our assigned site. The sites were clean and the playground area was enough to keep the children busy. The pool was closed for the season so I'm not sure if it was well kept. The bathrooms were generally clean but no soap or towels to clean hands. Overall, good place for a quick one/two night stay.

We stayed here for an overnight stop on our way to Florida. The owner was very friendly, and campground was very clean and quiet. We had our choice of sites and the playground was just enough to keep our children busy during set-up/breakdown. If you are looking for a campground with a pool, arcade and other "tourist" stuff, this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for a clean, quiet place (with beautiful natural surroundings), this is a great place. We will definitely be back when we have more time to see the WV/VA area.

Directions on the website brought us right to their door. The employees were friendly and very informative when asked about nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. The sites were kept clean and were level. An employee was directing the people once they checked-in since the site markings were a bit hidden thanks to the falling leaves. Also, the store was pretty well stocked considering it was late in the season (this campground is not open during winter). Planning to stay here again when we visit the area again.

The campground areas were clean but the trash at the dumpster site was full (to overflowing) a couple of days before being emptied. The store had more than just "basics". Also, the pool/restroom area was well kept with the usual "low water pressure" at the pool showers at times. The lake at the back of the CG was pretty much "moss covered" but they did have free paddleboats and "throw back" fishing. The CG is close to main routes to Ocean City. Even though the camp ground was busy, the sites are open enough that you don't feel overcrowded.

This is one of our favorites! Although on the expensive side, we go here once a year when visiting Hershey Park. Although busy, the staff is efficient in getting campers checked in and out. Everyone is always smiling and pleasant too. The CG is clean even in the busy periods but some sights do have active train tracks behind them. These sights will have to deal with the noise...even at night. The store is well equiped, plus the pool and playground areas are kept in very good shape.

Stayed overnight here on our way to Niagara Falls. Owners were pleasant and the grounds were clean. The store was very small and had basics but also had a used book and tape library if you were interested in a good read or movie at night in your camper. The CG is right off the exit of the nearby interstate so this is a nice place to stay for an "overnighter".

Staff was pleasant and the CG was well run. Sites were clean and, although it was busy for the weekend, spread out enough so you didn't feel "packed in". The pool and playground areas were well kept and activities were planned so as to keep the children busy in the evening.
