The sites were gravel and level. It was easy to get into the sites. However, there were fire ant hills every where and dogs running loose and not being picked up after. It was a quick stop on our way but I'll never stay there again.

This is a KOA Holiday campground, so there are many amenities including an enclosed pool and hot tub. We stayed 1 night only, so it was a bit expensive for us. We were guided to our site and the guide spotted our position the the utilities. The site was the levelest one we have ever stayed at. We have it on our list to return to if we are in the area again.

Date of Stay:

The campground is convenient to down town New Iberia, Avery Island, and the Konrad Rice Company mill and store. We stayed overnight, and would probably stay again. A new owner bought the campground 6 months ago and has improved the roads a lot since our last visit. His next project is drainage. It was very wet after all of the rain over the last several weeks, and our pedestal was in the middle of a 2-inch puddle. Grading will do a lot for this. A lot of the people staying there are workers, but after the 5:30 AM rush, It was quiet until we went to bed.

Large grassy sites, ours was level. Large Clubhouse with plenty of activities. As an Escapees park, there are plenty of seasonal and permanent residents, but they are very friendly and welcoming, and they want you to be a part of their activities. We were always invited to join them for meals, and never ate alone. This was our second stay, and we will stay again.

We have stayed here 4 times now, and enjoy the campsite and its location. We were on a gravel pull through that was level. Although near an extremely traveled main road, you couldn't hear road noise. The staff was very helpful. Great place to stay, and we will return again.

Date of Stay:

The staff were great, but didn't seem to know the best approach to the site we were assigned. We had to go back around so that we could approach the site from the opposite direction. Tight for big rig. The city-owned campground was in the city park. The falls was spectacular as it had recently opened. The park was decorated for Christmas and they did a good job.

Our third visit as we travel north and south. Not far from highway but no highway or truck stop noise. Stayed hooked up as the site was level. We are 60 feet including truck, and the site was plenty long for the combo. Definitely will stay there again.

Easy place to get to. I have a 39 ft 5th wheel and the entrance and exit seem pretty narrow, but really aren't. Inside roads are fine. Level site, and big enough for my truck to remain hooked up. Office staff helped me get in touch with a mobile RV repairman. Would stay again.

Date of Stay:

Beautiful view to the west, but windy on the hilltop. Good size sites, we stayed for a night, and would stay again.

Date of Stay:

The staff were great on check in. Roads and sites were paved and level. Grass between sites. The roads were wide and the lead ins and exits to the sites were widened to allow access to big rigs. We stayed one night, but would stay for longer if time allows. The campground was owned by the RV dealer next door. The dealer had an extensive inventory of repair parts and inventory.

Very convenient to Graceland. In town shuttle buses left from the Heartbreak Hotel, only a short walk away from my site through a gate. Upon check in, we were told about the site and how to get to the buses. Very helpful staff. Security at gate and guards made frequent runs around the campground. Although there was no dog park, there was a large field to walk you dog. Would definitely stay there again.

The owners of this campground take great pride in the campground, and rightly so. It is only about a year old, and the owners are still planting trees and bushes. The roads and sites are gravel, and my site was level. The owner led me to my site and made sure everything was well. It is convenient to I-81, but there is road noise from the highway. Due to the cold, we had our windows closed and did not notice it. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here before and would stay here again. Good sized sites, convenient to I-40, very quiet. Grassy area along the river to walk your dog, but no dog park. Roads are gravel, but wide. Easy access to all campsites. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (12 miles). Good experience at the campground.

Date of Stay:

All in all, it's a good campsite. The people working there were friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient to get to, and although close to the road, it was quiet at the back of the campground. It has a few shortcomings, including not enough 50 amp sites. Our site was a little short for our rig. The sewer connection was just under the water hook up, which I don't like. I would definitely stay there again.

Park office staff barely had time to greet us as they were talking to friends. Not the usual Escapees greeting we are used to. Dated facility catering to long stay campers. Site was uneven even in the Oaks section. Could only get my truck off the road by parking it parallel to the road. WiFi is Tengo, so it might as well have not been there. If I hadn't had an appointment for Smart-Weigh, I would have left sooner.
