The best campground I have visited this year. The rate is based on monthly stay. I was only able to book a site with no sewer but there is a honey-wagon twice per week for $10 each visit. Sites are spread out and in the woods. Nothing "parking lot" about this place! Fishing pond. Live music on Fridays. Close to Glacier. Great place.

Date of Stay:

This is a very small campground. All sites are pull-through off the circle drive so they are an odd shape. Full hook ups. Very quiet. There is a historical bridge on the property over a river. Very pretty. The sites aren't quite level. Verizon signal was excellent.

The price is based on a monthly rate. I stayed in the lower part of the park which has a few park models and long term residents. It is much nicer, roomier than the rest of the park but costs a bit more. I was not able to get any TV channels using my antenna. I just watched videos and used my computer for news. There is park wifi but I was not able to connect. The Verizon signal was ok. The employees are friendly. There is trash collection from your site. Besides the casino, there are not many restaurants close by. But, it's 30 miles to the coast and about the same to Salem. The Salmon River runs behind the campground and you can fish there.

The rate is based on the weekly rate. As mentioned in other reviews, it is mostly an RV park with park model homes. The few sites for rent are on gravel, fairly level and shaded. Along with the trees come lots of birds... It is very quiet. There is no wifi or cable but you get several channels with just your antenna. It has a sign that indicates it's a 55+ park but that may just be for the residents. No extras but not a bad deal. The owner is extremely nice. She only accepts cash.

It is a beautiful park--lots of trees, Truckee River within walking distance, and a lovely view of I-80. I didn't realize just how close to the freeway this park sits. I can tune out the noise most of the time. The sites are blacktop and narrow but there is grass and a BBQ and table at each. The camp hosts are very friendly. There is a nice store on site. The rate reflected is based on a monthly rate.

The staff was very friendly. This park is next to a small casino. Casinos aren't my thing but the park was great. They also give you a 2 for 1 coupon for their restaurant which was decent. Even though it is right off I-80, the noise isn't bad. The views of the mountains are beautiful. Lots of room to walk dogs on the trails. Verizon coverage is excellent. They also have park wi-fi which works better than any park I've stayed in. No fire pits at campsites is my only complaint. The sites are blacktop with for picnic table.

It is an older park with lots of permanent residents but not "junky". There is a concrete pad for each vehicle. The site wasn't level but not a big issue with a couple of blocks. Quiet for being in Las Vegas. Easy in and out. Employees were very nice. The sites are close but I never heard my neighbors. No picnic table or fire ring. Great for a day or two.

All gravel but level sites. WiFi worked. Cable was good. Staff was very friendly. I stayed on a Sunday and they had a burger/hot dog pot luck which I enjoyed very much. I travel alone and it was fun to chat with other RVers. Well worth the price.

Price reflects Passport America rate. It is a no frills park but well worth the price for full hook ups, cable, and WiFi that actually works. They also have an enclosed area for dogs which is a nice feature so the pets can get some exercise. Very friendly staff! Clean park.

Date of Stay:

The sites are very close together. Wifi is iffy at best. There are a lot of full time residents so lots of "stuff" around campers. No picnic tables at sites. Lots of older, run-down campers. Ok for an overnight.

The rate reflects a Passport America discount. This is an older park which needs a bit of care. The picnic table at the site next to me was broken and unusable. The sites could have been a bit better kept. There was trash around the fenced areas. It is in a beautiful part of the state. It was rainy so I didn't explore much. TV reception was good. The Wi-Fi was OK but the park was fairly empty so that may have helped. It is remote and very quiet. Worth the price!

The rate is based on a monthly rate. I had a site close to the office but was never able to connect to Wi-Fi. The owners are very nice but this campground is in serious need of updating/ fixing. Most of the sites surround a common area with a dilapidated playground and an overgrown horseshoe pit. There were thistles growing all around the playground area--I was concerned the kids would get "stung" by that plant. There wasn't much grass--but a whole lot of weeds. It is teeming with rabbits which makes for a challenging walk with a dog. The water is very, very hard. Highway noise is constant. There were a lot of long term residents who have added fencing and other add ons to their RVs. I would not stay here again except as an overnight stop.

A gem! Small and friendly! Gorgeous remote sites for tent camping. There was a group camp fire the night I stayed and it was fun to meet other campers--all of whom had been there before. The owners are very nice and helpful. This is a place to really unplug as cell service was spotty (Verizon.) I would definitely stay here again.

The rate is based on monthly stay. I had a nice site but some sites are very small with not much room between sites. Staff is friendly and they are working hard to maintain green areas--always watering them. Laundry facility was clean and had 2 washers and dryers. The park was very quiet. It is about 10 miles to downtown Moab but that was not an issue for me. WiFi was not very good so I used my own hotspot. No trouble getting a signal at the location. Cable had lots of channels. Not many extra amenities but a nice basic campground. I would stay here again.

The park was clean and the staff very friendly. The spaces are very close together but there is lots of shade. The observation deck on the river is nice to sit and watch and listen to the river flow by. I thought it was a bit expensive. I did not visit the ice cream shop or the pool.
