The rate reflects the monthly rate, which does not include electricity. We stayed at this park for 6 months. The wireless Internet is really bad. One of the washing machines has been out of order for our entire stay. There is cable TV to each site. The sites are concrete and there is plenty of space between the sites. Great location. You can walk to shopping, dining, and the post office. Management keeps promising new bathrooms, better Internet, more activities; but so far it is only promises. They have rules: age of trailer accepted, no clotheslines, don't tie out your dogs. But they make frequent exceptions to the rules. We'll be back IF the promises made are kept.

This is a very old trailer park in a million dollar location. Not a dollar has been put into it in 50 years. The toilets overflow continuously. Their version of repairing them include: jiggle the handle and re-attach the hang chain with paperclips. The showers are a horror show. Be glad it is dark in the shower area; you won't see the filth. They make them smell clean only. The electrical through-out the park is ancient, a fire waiting to happen.

We camped here over a holiday weekend. The check-in occurs thru the convenience store. When the store is busy, the clerk gets frazzled. We were assigned one spot, got setup, discovered site was for 30 amp. Then was told to move to 50 amp site. We are elderly seniors and moving twice in a day is stressful and difficult. The campers are squeezed in behind each other. Beautiful park-like setting. Clean bathrooms and laundry area.

Wonderful state owned campground. Great fishing, clean bathrooms, big camp sites.
