This was our first visit to this area and this campground. Actual campsite was very nice. Full hookup in a pull thru site. Level with picnic table and fire pit. Now for the bad. Internet was $5 a day and only good for 2 devices. Two devices means only 2 periods, not 2 at a time. Firewood was also very expensive at $5 a small bundle. Front desk person was same one the whole time and was not friendly at all. We would camp here again, but only if we had no other options.

Great family park. Nice pool, nice restroom and shower facilities. EXCELLENT park for bike riding - Horse Park and Bike Trail into Lexington. Nice camp store and friendly staff. Sites were level and good water pressure. Four dump stations upon exiting for little waiting. No trouble backing in our 27 foot trailer. We love the location and atmosphere of this campground and will definitely be back.

Overall this is a great place to camp. The staff was extremely helpful as this was our "maiden voyage" for our travel trailer. At one point someone worked with us for 45 minutes to get cable to work to watch NCAA game. Plenty of room to pull in. Only reason for a 9/10 rating is the wifi was spotty and the camp store was just starting to be stocked when should have been ready for opening weekend.
