Glenyan RV Park & Campground , Ashland, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Best thing about this small park is its proximity to downtown Ashland, only about 4 miles. Points off for only having two toikets and two showers in the restroom, though they were kept clean. We were in space 45, which offers a fence on one side, and nice shade from the trees. We have a 24' class B, however. Larger vehicles would not have enough space in many of the back-ins and there are limited pull through spots with far less shade. I do prefer this property to the one in Talent, though. We camped at Glenyan RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Olde Stone Village RV Park, McMinnville, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely, well maintained park with wide, level concrete pads and lots of trees and grass. We took the walking path from the park over to the Aviation museum right next door. Best wifi service of any park we have stayed in. We only wish the pool had been open during this 80 degree weekend (it will open Memorial Day weekend). We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Trailer Inns RV Parks, Bellevue, Washington

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nothing special about this park, as others have reviewed. The park is conveniently located, right off I-90, which also contributes to the noise factor. We were camping in a 24' travel van, so we're given a space right across from the office. At first, we were unhappy with this location, then came to realize it was the best for least road noise. No privacy whatsoever and no picnic table, but this was not that kind of trip. Two nights here was plenty, but we spent all day outside the park. It's not a place you want to hang out in. Good for what it was, though. There is an indoor pool and large laundry room, which we didn't use. We camped at Trailer Inns RV Parks in a Motorhome.

Flag City RV Resort, Lodi, California

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, clean park with level concrete pads. Great laundry facilities (you buy washes and dries from the front office on a card - no quarters!). Nicely maintained outdoor pool surrounded by honeysuckle vines. Not much shade at all, but we experienced a great amount of breeze while we were there so we didn't need AC in the middle of July. Paid half price on Passport America ($27) and it was a great value. Walking distance to convenience store, fast-food, etc. There is also a truck wash nearby with very reasonable rates that did a great job of cleaning off the road grime from our rig. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds, Trinidad, California

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Lovely little park with very clean facilities. We got a spot around the pond that had a deck with chairs and a chiminea there for our use (ask for one of the lower-numbered spots). Proprietor was even nice enough to provide us with enough wood scraps for a fire when we told her we had no room in our travel van to store a bundle. Watched the hummingbirds feeding on the fuchsias too! We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Azalea Glen RV Park & Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Silver Cove Resort, Silverlake, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We had stayed here a few years ago and were happy with the amenities...this time, not so much. I made my reservation by phone and was not informed that the owners were "at war with Comcast" (park host's words) until we arrived to check in. We were told there were three channels available via antenna - wrong again. Never could connect with their "free wi-fi" either, but AT&T gave me 2-3 bars. Definitely not worth what they are charging and no discount for lack of cable was offered either. We will try the KOA next time we are in the area. 5 rating for cleanliness of grounds and graveled , fairly level lots. We camped at Silver Cove Resort in a Motorhome.
