Not much I can say that hasn't been said about this park. Love their online reservation system. You can check availability and book in about one minute on their site. You can also see exactly what site you are booking. For us control freaks you can go to google and see a actual view of your spot before you get there. Great access from the hwy but far enough to escape noise. We spend maybe two minutes checking in since we had booked on line and we were off to our site with a golf cart escort. The park is immaculate and looked to be a sell out crowd for the holiday weekend. All utilities worked great as expected. Our site (3) was level and had a sweet view of the lake. We are 45' and left car hooked up and still had enough length. Over all this is my kind of place we will go out of our way to come back. I've been to RV resorts that didn't make me smile like this place did. Great "involved" owner has done a super job here. Thanks for as great stay and we'll look forward to another trip to D & W Lake soon!

This one night (4/11) stay was just a place to rest and continue on the next day. We didn't unhook and I thought the CG was just fine. Power & water was fine and we had a site with 30 amp. Temps were climbing and I was nervous about not having 50 amp but all worked out just fine. We enjoyed an evening at A/OK and ate dinner in the coach. We had the place almost to ourselves except for maybe a few other campers. We enjoyed our brief stay and would return again.

We stayed 4/12-4/19 at this wonderful RV resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as represented. Great park, meticulously maintained, excellent power, water, and cable. We were in a FHU pull thru. We were in a regular (not a premium) pull thru and liked it just fine. We used the pool & hot tub quite often after hiking in ZNP. We will come back to Virgin and will certainly stay at Zion River Resort again.

We stayed three nights 4/19-4/21 and feel fortunate to have got in. High season in Moab and all the RV parks are quite busy. We were told by friends to stay at Portal but it was booked. Once in Moab we toured Portal and decided we liked Spanish Trail even more. Girl that checked us in was a bit frosty and curt. We dismissed it assuming she was having a day. Any other dealings with owners were a delight. The CG has fairly ample spacing and length for today's multi slide big rig. We are 43' and had plenty of length. Sites look to be off level as the CG is terraced with four rows but it is not so. We were perfectly level with no correction needed. Everything worked as it should (power, water, cable). Our site had a nice paver patio to step down from the coach as well as a small patch of freshly planted sod. It was excellent as otherwise it is all gravel and dusty. Over all we loved our stay in Moab as well as Spanish Trail. We will definitely be back and sure to book our next stay back at Spanish Trail. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed one night only 4/21 and I was quite underwhelmed. Sites are tight and I always hated the Jack & Jill sites where you face your neighbor. Naturally they put us facing someone that actually lives in the RV. She was a great lady but we simply had no patio to speak of as our neighbor occupied it. We did have a broken concrete pad that was silly petite. It is exactly as wide as the wheels and right after the concrete ends was wet mud. Not blaming the CG as they had a huge snow event just days before. However for $70 a night maybe they should have poured more generous pads. Office overcharged us as they added $10 for two children and we have no children. They claimed we said we had children which was pure bunk as we simply have never had children period. They wouldn't refund as apparently their "corporate owner" doesn't allow refunds. We camped here in a 43' motorhome and we won't be back.

Don't know what we can say that hasn't already been said. This place is what every RV park aspires to be. We have been RVing for 20 years and coming here for about the last ten. It is perhaps the BEST RV park I have seen anywhere. We stayed on 4/8 as a stop over on our way out west and again on 4/22 on the way back home. Huge level concrete pads, clean power, great water pressure ( I believe park is regulated to 60 psi so regulators are not needed), you have a lawn between you and your neighbor, cable with about 70 channels, a pool, off leash dog park that is HUGE. It is a beautiful gated hidden gem of a RV park....trust me you won't be disappointed. Maybe 5 minutes off of I70.

We have been coming here for about ten years and have had better visits. I feel like this park is no longer what it was prior to RVC Outdoors. Our site was too off level to level the coach and so was our neighbors. The sites are also too close. We had a reservation and I was in disbelief where they put us with a 43' motorhome. We had a pull thru (laugh) that was long enough for the coach only so the car was parked elsewhere. Even that was worse than it sounds as there isn't a square inch in the whole GC that isn't claimed by someone. Be very careful driving a larger motorhome as the place is loaded with campers taking up needed aisle space with their vehicles. Wifi AND cable was a joke at least at our site. If we were longer than two nights I would have complained. I feel like the rate is also an issue. $70 for an off level, gravel/dirt site, packed in, is too high. But obviously they have no problem filling the CG so others must feel differently. We will certainly return to Colorado Springs but we are done with this CG.

We typically stay at Wagon Trail but decided to check out Hy-Land Court for our recent six night stay 9/26- 10/1. We are pleased to report it was a wonderful experience. We skipped their offer for the included cable TV as it meant using a cable box. We did have three strong channels with just the antenna but we were really not there to watch TV. You will want to spend a lot of time outside as the CG is so quiet and beautiful. I also give Hy-Land high marks for having full hook ups where many in Door County don't have sewer.

We stayed here three nights 9/25, 10/2 & 10/3. and really enjoyed our stay. One of the three days the dust was quite bad but the other two it was not an issue. They move a LOT of campers through here and do a great job. There were rally's going on while we were there and while we were not part of the rallies we met some great neighbors. We had full FHU's and all worked well. We would stay here again especially during Octoberfest!

We were here seven nights visiting DC and the park did not disappoint. All the praises listed in other reviews are spot on. The weather turned unseasonable hot and the pool was wonderful. At 4:00 M-F, they offer a one hour orientation on using public transportation and basically anything & everything one needs to know about visiting DC. That was incredible and there is so much info we actually sat through two days. We essentially took a bus from the RV park to the subway in to DC every day. Long days to be sure but we utilized a dog walking service while we were gone. They also have a impressive convention center in the park and it is quite the hot ticket. There was a wedding reception, a function where several school buses brought a tons of kids, and even a function where actual motor coaches were picking up/dropping off. This wasn't so great. Lots of people/vehicles in this park that are here for the convention center and drive way too fast. I've been to parks where if you drive one mph over creep speed you got barked at. I saw speeds that I think were around 30 mph and it seemed like the park does nothing. In summary the park is great probably deserves a 10 but I feel I have to ding them a point on the speeding thing.

This was just a one night stay for us but we loved it. With our paid reservation check-in was done in record time, maybe one minute. The drive to the site seemed to take forever as the park is huge. Also the best I could do was maybe 3 MPH because of the pot holes. Yep, other posters didn't exaggerate one bit. My thoughts are the park could repair very easily as the rest of the park was wonderful. Most effective speed bumps I have ever seen. Ha. They do put all the one night folks in one row and I understand that. Why should the seasonal people have to listen to our zero dark thirty departure? The seasonal folks here are the kind that you would be pleased to be next to if it worked out that way. The seasonal campers are getting a bad rap especially here. At least for this camp ground the seasonal sites I saw were neat and well kept. Overall I give them high marks and would definitely come back again. We were in row B spot number 6. A huge pull through with full hook ups for $36 bucks, what's there to complain about?

Date of Stay:

This was an overnight stop for us and we wished we were staying longer. Charming, heavily treed, and well kept come to mind. We had a pull-through with full hookups. We did have neighbors on either side and there was ample room. We would stay here again.

We have been coming to Sundermeier regularly for about ten years. Some complain about the train tracks and I for one enjoy watching a train go by. I also have no issues with the airplanes overhead. I have no issues with no swimming pool or maybe being not too kid friendly. The value for us is we bring bicycles and basically ride out the back gate and you are on the KATY trail. The park is also walking distance to beautiful down town St. Charles. Of course they get an A+ for generous concrete pads and trustworthy full hookups. The unfriendly staff reputation is about 90% urban legend. I do have a couple of complaints that are the reason for my overall rating. Their restaurant that we loved so much is closed down. The picnic tables are one click away from fire wood. Grass was a weed patch. Lastly was the new deal with needing a cable box to be able to receive cable. These little things all added up to deciding it is in fact overpriced.

This was our second stay at Air Capital and we were pleased with the park. The park is newer and was smartly laid out. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed a later check out on Easter Sunday and they couldn't have been nicer. We have family in Wichita so we plan to stay here when in town.

This was our second time staying here and we really love it. The park is huge and decent space between spots. We had a pull-through. Grass is scrubby but that is to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will likely stay here again.
