Nice park but pricey. Electric pedestal was too far forward for our power cord and had to use our extension. The gravel sites were level and well groomed when we pulled in. There is a local guy (Sal) that will wash and hand wax your unit at a very reasonable cost and we were very satisfied with his work. We had 2 sites and it was set up that our doors were facing each other with a fence in between us. One thing we did miss was the lack of a picnic table and a fire ring. Very friendly park and met quite a few of the neighbors. Will stay here again.

We had a site down by the creek with the HU's in the right spot. Large pull through and level so we didn't have to unhook. They could do with better picnic table though as ours was very rickity! Nice creek close by. Friendly staff. Only downer was the gravel road. Would stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly rate. When we first got there with 2 other couples we were all supposed to be booked in the same row but when we went to our site another unit was already there. Tried calling but the phone was busy so ended up having to drive back to the office. Luckily we got another site. Also make sure about the height of your coach as the entrance gate is only 13 feet high. Ours was over that so we had to pull through a side gate. Also watch out for tons of sand burs. Easy access to the beach which was pretty clean with nice sand and bathrooms. No pool which is a bit of a downer for us but not a deal breaker. Very reasonable monthly rates and most sites are well spaced. Lots of returnees who will install their own concrete or paving stone patios, fences and even out door showers! We would return.

Rate reflects a monthly rate. We were put in one of the new backin sites with good hook ups and a large concrete pad for both our 37' 5th wheel and truck. Pool is very nice and we used it quite often. Met some great people there and enjoyed the activities. Lots of sand burs and there was even a snake or two. Great restaurants near by but nothing within walking distance. We'd stay here again.

Price is based on the weekly rate. Sites vary greatly in size and we were in a very nice large site with a big concrete pad and hookups in the right spot for our fifth wheel. We had great views of the bay and were close to the pier. Lots of workers in the park but anyone we met was very friendly. We'd stay here again!

Rate reflects Passport America and Good Sam Discount for 1 week. Roadways are pretty rough around the park, lots of holes in the pavement. Level concrete pads with good hookups except sewer is at the back so I needed two hoses but not a big deal. Wifi is great although there wasn't a lot of other campers here so it might get worse if the park was full. Most sites back onto a lake stocked with fish. Would stay here again.

Not a bad park for the price ($32.00 based on weekly rate). All sites back on to a swampy bayou. Our site (55) had pretty decent wifi. All the hookups were in the right spot 9power cord was a bit of a reach but it worked). Cable also worked great with a ton of channels. Too cold to try the pool but it looks nice and clean. One can easily walk to the Gulf and the beaches. Lots of good restaurants close by. Would stay here again!

Rate reflects a weekly rate. Nice no frills park right on the Gulf. Front row sites back right on to the water, we were one row in. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They were always raking around the sites ( Pine trees were dropping their needles and pine cones). Not a lot of shopping near by but there is an IGA and a Dollar General. We would defiantly stay here again.

Rate reflects a monthly rate. This 55 plus park has mainly grass sites with hookups near the back of the sites. Our site wasn't very level side to side as my wheels were off the ground on the off door side. Our site had really good wifi but we were lucky as the wifi tower was right behind our site. Very nice swimming pool and a fair amount of activites. Quite a few full time and seasonal residents but everyone kept their sites clean and everyone we met were very friendly. Mainly Mexican community next door and people had some stuff stolen from the campground. We would stay there again.

Very nice park with huge sites. Many people had their rv's in the sites parked sideways. Hookups were in a good spot and 50 amp power was stable. Our site was fairly level with a combination of sand and grass. Wifi was spotty but worked when we stood by the bathrooms. Was easy to get a sattelite dish signal but still had some trees for shade. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Looked like an older park with a lot of leaves on the ground. Gravel sites with hook ups in a decent spot. We were set up in the lower portion in a pull through but facing another rv who was very friendly. There was no point in setting up the sattelite dish as it was pretty heavily wooded. Looked in the bathroom/ shower and it looked very dated. There were some full time rvers there as well.

Stayed for 2 nights. They tried putting us in a back in site that would've been too short for our trailer. Thankfully the lady leading us to our site was able to call the office on her two way radio and found us a nice pull through site. Lots of shade but also lots of leaves falling off of the trees so we had to go up and sweep the slides off before putting them in, not a big deal.

Date of Stay:

We asked to be put in the back because of the road noise. Hookups were good and in the right spot. We only stayed a couple nights to visit family. Would stay there again.

Wow what a beautiful park. Very well kept and we'll run. Sites are very large with stamped concrete pads. Services were in a good spot. We had a site overlooking the lake which was down quite a bit for the fall. They pick up your garbage everyday and we noticed workers using a leaf blower to clean all the vacant sites every morning. The bathrooms are unbelievably nice with beautiful tile work and granite counter tops and each has their own lockable door! Satellite signal was great as there wasn't much for trees where we were, there are sites up top with more shade. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great manager, took us right to our site and was very friendly. Wifi was decent and sites were clean. Easy in and out with our 40 foot 5th wheel and site was fairly level. Would stay here again
