Downs RV Park, Farmington, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2006 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Good Sam rate. Entering the park from the highway is very difficult. Exiting may be troublesome for 5th wheels. The sharp angle may put the pickup bed into the 5th wheel. It appears that 32' rigs might be the upper limit. 50 amp is extra. Sites are very close. We have to step around the sewer hookup of the next site to get out the door. Located next to a horse track. We camped at Downs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mountain Shadows RV Park, Draper, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

30# water pressure. 40 amp service during the day for 50 amp service. They say the city of Draper calls the shots. Asked whether or not our rig was older than 10 years, but the first thing you notice upon arrival are the probably "Grandfather" rigs. No room to park. Hot tub has no water pressure for jets. We camped at Mountain Shadows RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
