Savannah South KOA, Richmond Hill, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We found the Savannah South KOA well staffed & easily accessed from I-95. Our overnite stay was very pleasant. The bathhouses were immaculate! Lots of trees and very scenic with cabins along the lake. if we'd been there longer we would have rented one of the boats! We camped at Savannah South KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This is an awesome park full of trees and amenities. Professional staff abound! Best 4 days ever. Great for a relaxing retreat as you wouldn't know you were in the hubbub of a beach town. It's so perfect for a family vacation to go and do or stay put. We camped at Myrtle Beach KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Stone Mountain Park Campground, Stone Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

The campground itself has a few twists and turns as expected in such a lovely scenic area. Our site did not have cable but an adorable campfire ring made up of stones plus a grill! There is a lot to do if you'd like to go and about in the Stone Mtn park or have young children but great for just relaxing too. We camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The Pines RV Campground, Tifton, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This campground provides basic, adequate parking for your RV. The park staff is friendly and very efficient. Nothing fancy but WiFi and cable were available. The common area is very quaint with a shelter, barbeque setups, and a big fire ring. It is well tended, too. The surrounding grounds have nice shrubs, flowers, and plants. We camped at The Pines RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.
