Stayed for a week in a 45 ft. motorcoach. There are some vehicle restrictions so read (it's very clear) before reserving. This a really nice place ... absolutely no complaints. 15 minutes from shopping/dining/beach. Rates vary by lot and amenities ... cheap seats are about $45 and very nice ... some pull-thrus available. One of the few places we will revisit.

Stayed 3 nights in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Very long sites with plenty of green space between sites. Very clean and nicely appointed baths/showers. 10 minutes to Carthage and 30 minutes to Joplin. Easy on/off major highways. Some shaded sites ... most open. Good power/water/sewer.

We stayed overnight in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Ample room for coach and toad. Very clean and modern baths/showers. Gravel (but level) sites. Really nothing at all to find fault with. Use the Lat/Lon to find: my GPS balked at the street address. About 4 miles from a Walmart and a United grocery store. This place is a real "value." And, be sure to read about the Drive-In Movie on their website.

Stayed 1 night in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Reasonably long gravel/dirt site with parking for toad. Clean (but old) bathrooms/showers. Power, water and sewer were fine. Perfectly acceptable overnight stay.

Stayed 2 nights in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Long site with parking for toad. Clean bathrooms/showers. Maybe it was just bad luck but my stay was not great. Power at pedestal was low on 1 leg (106vac) and we had to move to another site. Internet was down for the 2 days we were there. Because we moved to another site, they deleted our gate code so we needed to tailgate until they fixed it .

Stayed 3 nights in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Quiet and very attractive campground. Really long site. Bathroom/shower really nice and clean. Hard to improve on anything. Excellent for overnight or longer stay. This place is really a 10 .... really.

Stayed 1 night in a 45 ft. motorcoach. Site was large. Nice park and we would have stayed longer but park was booked up for a rally. Very clean bath/showers and laundry. Terrific area for sight-seeing.

We stayed with a 45 ft. motorcoach with towed SUV. Gravel site was adequate. Very dusty park. Bathrooms/showers are reasonably clean but nothing special. This park is definitely not a Resort by my definition. Suitable for 1 or 2 nights. Sewer hookup requires an extension. Park is reasonably close to many Pacific Highway overlooks with spectacular views.

Stayed in a 45 ft. motorhome. Clean restrooms and showers. Extremely tight. Slides cleared our neighbor by about 1 ft. Very expensive but convenient to San Fran. Heavy erosion has closed area near cliff. Free wifi at office and laundry ... otherwise $. Place is OK for 1 or 2 night stay.

Stayed 3 nights in a 45 ft. motorhome. Long concrete pull-thru with space for toad. Very clean and spacious baths/showers/laundry room. This time of year the place is nearly empty. 25 miles to Palm Springs and lots of activities. This is an excellent "home base" for day trips to the Coachella Valley area.

Stayed a few nights in a 45 ft. motorhome. Rather tight site. Very nice and clean restrooms/showers. Terrible wifi ... really ... 5 minutes availability at 4 in the morning if you are lucky. Decent cable. Close to the Grand Canyon train and Rt. 66 dining. The town is much better than expected. This would have been a nicer stay if I didn't need to go to Mickey D's for wifi to plan the rest of our trip.

Stayed overnight in a 45 ft. motorhome. Really nice! Clean everything! Spacious, partially shaded site. Nice picnic table ... you actually enjoy being outside. Super clean restrooms/showers. Reasonably fast wifi. Decent cable. It doesn't get much better. This place is a benchmark for what an RV park should be ... it's not a "resort" but a great place to stay.
