Cove RV Park & Country Store, Brinnon, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

It's a small but clean and quiet park. It does border Hwy 101 so the rvs on that side will have some traffic noise. Our site was plenty big and wide for our big rig with some great shade too. The restrooms and showers were clean. We used this as a base camp to tour the Hood Canal area. There are good restaurants in Brinnon and Quilcene. The small store at the office was very handy too for last minute items. We camped at Cove RV Park & Country Store in a Motorhome.

Trailway Campground, Montague, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This was a nice clean quiet RV park in the downtown area. I was surprised at how quiet it was. We were in the back section and there was no road noise at all. It's right next door to a grocery store and ice cream shop, how cool is that! And a bike path right alongside the park. We had good reception with the Wi-Fi. You need to put up a deposit for the cable TV. We had a nice long level site for our big rig. We camped at Trailway Campground in a Motorhome.

Jack Pine Lodge Campground, Manistique, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice clean, quiet, well maintained campground. The sites are large and level, gravel and grass with shady pines. They are long enough for big rigs and plenty of room between the sites for privacy. Some sites are more open and may have satellite tv reception. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. There are handicapped sites available and firewood and gas are on site for purchase. The restrooms, showers and laundry are very clean. The lodge has a bar and grill. ATVers can ride direct from their campsite to trail #41. This park is midway between Manistique and Munising making it a great base camp for exploring the peninsula between both Lakes Michigan and Superior. We camped at Jack Pine Lodge Campground in a Motorhome.

Sugar Shores RV Resort and Campground, Durand, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground with shade trees and water features. Very quiet during midweek. It's out in the country so no traffic noise. We did not use the bathhouse so can't comment on its condition. There are some permanent units there with nice landscaping and decks. Friendly folks in the office and no bugs during our stay. We camped at Sugar Shores RV Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

The pull through sites were long enough for our big rig and level, drive is gravel with lots of grass between sites. Full hookups with 50 amp service. It's in the country, nice and quiet, yet only a mile from I-69. It was a good base camp while we visited the area. We camped at Glo Wood Campground in a Motorhome.
