Gold Country Campground Resort, Pine Grove, California

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly and courteous check-in staff. This was our second visit this year. The campground is well maintained. In addition the the RV sites, cabins are also available to rent. They have a great recreational area for families with children. Most of the sites are nice in length and width. The "deluxe sites" have the fire rings. What makes this campground beautiful are all the pine trees. We camped at Gold Country Campground Resort in a Truck Camper.

Westside Regional Park, Bodega Bay, California

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We have been "dry camping" here for a number of years. We love the area because of its proximity to bay, ocean, and a number of great restaurants. The Chamber of Commerce also has events that we love to go to, so this is the perfect campground to stay at. The camp hosts and rangers are very nice. Our only "complaint" was the over growth of weeds at each of the sites. It was like walking through swamp grass. The bathrooms were not very clean and it could be because the campground was full from the events that were going on over the weekend. We camped at Westside Regional Park in a Truck Camper.
