We stopped here for only an overnighter. This is a smaller campground with quite a few full time permanent campers. But, the park is clean, sites are good size, Quick Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. It is not far from the interstate, but is had no road noise. Plenty of walking area for the four legged kids with a short nature trail that ends up just a few feet from a little river. This place will be on a list of places to stay when we are in the area again.

This is an awesome 'No Frills' no RV Park. Waterfront sites are right on the water and are good size. There are clean restrooms, laundry area, and okay Wi-Fi. You can fish from the pier or from the shoreline, or just take a walk along the shore during low tide. The park is clean and well taken care of. This is the place if you are looking to lay back, hang out, and do nothing. Staff was very nice and very helpful on places to go during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling through the area.

Pricing for the site was a very good value. We arrived after the office closed and no reservation packet was left for us. We found some one and they said just pick a empty site which we did. The closeness to Mt. Dora and other sites was a plus. It looked like they were fixing up the campground, but it was really hard to tell. On one hand the Pool and activity rooms were very nice. then in most of the back area of the park the sited were over grown and needed to be mowed. Some of the sited were long term renters most of which were well kept. If you want a place to stay and launch your boat the launch area was nice and there were boat slips as well. The campground has a lot of potential due to a partial lake view and mostly very low road noise.

We stayed here twice over the last 4 weeks. Both times we had a great time. Staff was very helpful and most campers were very nice. Nice pool with a DJ on the weekends and things for the kids to do. All different types of sites, grassy, gravel, asphalt, concrete, back-in, pull-thru, etc. If you don't like a lot of folks and are use to peace and quiet, only stay here during the week. You are close to Disney so it can get pretty hectic.

Park is just down the road from Silver Springs State Park. All sites seem level. Nice pool and work out room. It had a pool table and ping pong table but the lodge building had a very unlevel floor. Hiking trails and fishing areas. The resort also has a gated area for longer stays. We camped with our dogs and grand kids over the summer. This is our third stay at the resort and have always had a good time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a great small family ran restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, and pricing.

This a campground under renovation and the upgrades are quite noticeable. The pool area has not two but three swimming and spa areas. Nice large pavilion, nice level sites, small fishing pond, good roads. This is just in the newer portion of the campground. The older part is rustic but good size sites. Swimming in either the Suwannee River or Convict Springs. Nice camp store and the staff were great. During weekends and holidays there is a diner and other eating areas. The lodge area is pet friendly where your pets are welcome inside. For non-RVer they have multiple lodge type rentals and one of them will sleep ten people. Canoe and Kayak rentals as well as guided trips on the Suwannee.

Park was fairly empty when we were here but it was during the week. Staff was very helpful with what to do and what to see. Pool area was very nice that included a kiddie pool and spa. Not many trees in the part of the park where the pool is, so should be good for satellite. A few sites at the edge of the back area had a great view of a lake that was off the property. We traveled with our 3 grandkids and would stay again.

stayed at one of the few waterview sites where you could actually sit at your site and see the water. Spaces are pretty tight but the location to the beach makes up for it. Campground has a fishing pier and a swimming area for those not wanting to travel to the gulf beach. We traveled over the summer with our grandkids. All of the staff went out of their way to help. We will stay there again when in the area. The ppol wasagood size but the water was very hot.Maybe needed to have a un-heated pool. Walmart and fuel less than 2 miles away.

First time at this park and was very happy with the park. Sites were not huge but we were able to get into the site fairly easily with out 39' Class 'A' with toad. Very close to lots of stuff, beaches, kayaking, Pinellas Trail, shopping, and eating. One semi-negative thing would be the Wi-Fi was pretty weak, but other than that very nice experience. Pool was very clean as was the whole park, even with quite a few long-term campers. We will definitely stay there again.

Park is very clean and a nice pool. Very limited store stuff. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our site was good size and pretty easy to back into. It is very convenient to the interstate and Biltmore. Our site was very level but it rained real hard and the site had a dip in it and the water puddled in the middle of the site. Site had a asphalt pad.

This campground is hard to rate because it depends on your likes. It is very rustic with full hookups. Due to the location there is no Wi-Fi or Phone reception. This is true for the whole area due to where it is at. The owner is very nice and actually came down to the town looking for us as we were much later than we told him. If you want to get away and truly relax then this is the place to be. The drive from I-81 is not for the faint of heart, especially in a larger 39' DP with toad. This is a great location for base to travel mountains roads in a sports car or motorcycles. We would go again if we have a smaller RV.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The park is fairly small with very little grass areas for dogs. Nice pool with a few playgrounds for the kids. Very close to Williamsburg. Right next to the train tracks but not bad if you don't mind trains.

Park was very nice and convenient. The roads to and from are a little narrow but we had no problem with our 39. Class 'A' DP. The park also has a water park next to the campground which was very nice. Food prices were reasonable.

We took a 2.5 week trip with the grandkids and stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip. The sites are good size with a great cafe. The spring feed lake and slide zones were assume. The grandkids were so tired from sliding they didn't want to do anything. Very close to the interstate but limited noise issues. We will definitely stay again. The sites we were at had asphalt pads.

We stayed in a huge site #9 across from the street from the Crooked River. The river is actually fairly far away, but you can see it. Lots of hiking, bicycling, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking for the avid outdoors folk. All sites are grass and/or dirt but most are completely level. We had a great time during our stay and the only issue was the extended period of high winds of about 30 mph. As most will know that's not the parks fault. We have stayed at this park in the past and never fails to make us happy.
