Park is very clean and a nice pool. Very limited store stuff. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our site was good size and pretty easy to back into. It is very convenient to the interstate and Biltmore. Our site was very level but it rained real hard and the site had a dip in it and the water puddled in the middle of the site. Site had a asphalt pad.

This campground is hard to rate because it depends on your likes. It is very rustic with full hookups. Due to the location there is no Wi-Fi or Phone reception. This is true for the whole area due to where it is at. The owner is very nice and actually came down to the town looking for us as we were much later than we told him. If you want to get away and truly relax then this is the place to be. The drive from I-81 is not for the faint of heart, especially in a larger 39' DP with toad. This is a great location for base to travel mountains roads in a sports car or motorcycles. We would go again if we have a smaller RV.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The park is fairly small with very little grass areas for dogs. Nice pool with a few playgrounds for the kids. Very close to Williamsburg. Right next to the train tracks but not bad if you don't mind trains.

Park was very nice and convenient. The roads to and from are a little narrow but we had no problem with our 39. Class 'A' DP. The park also has a water park next to the campground which was very nice. Food prices were reasonable.

We took a 2.5 week trip with the grandkids and stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip. The sites are good size with a great cafe. The spring feed lake and slide zones were assume. The grandkids were so tired from sliding they didn't want to do anything. Very close to the interstate but limited noise issues. We will definitely stay again. The sites we were at had asphalt pads.

We stayed in a huge site #9 across from the street from the Crooked River. The river is actually fairly far away, but you can see it. Lots of hiking, bicycling, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking for the avid outdoors folk. All sites are grass and/or dirt but most are completely level. We had a great time during our stay and the only issue was the extended period of high winds of about 30 mph. As most will know that's not the parks fault. We have stayed at this park in the past and never fails to make us happy.

The park could have two different ratings if it were possible. One area had very well paved roads, deck for grilling, but those sites have limited tree cover and not as nice of a view. The other area has not as nice paved roads, some uneven sites, smaller sites, lots of tree cover, and nice views. We stayed in the nice view sites and even though the sites were smaller our 39' DP had enough room for the slides, the car, and a nice area for the camp fire. When you enter the campground they do have wood available if your sites is too unlevel to your liking. Staff was very nice and helpful as we arrived after 10:30 PM and the camp host made himself available to assist us in getting into our site. Walking, canoeing, kayaking, camp fires should be your plan of the day if you stay. Restrooms and showers were dated but very clean and well kept, as was all of the facilities at the park. The Wi-Fi was very weak at times which was a little frustrating. Overall the park was very nice and could be a higher rating if the roads weren't as bumpy and the Wi-Fi was better. Also, if you arrive on a weekend and there are no water sites available be sure to ask if there are any available after the weekend. We unfortunately did not ask, and no one offered, and during the week we stayed there were plenty of water sites available. We did not go to the amusement part of the park as we were there for a conference in Atlanta. We will definitely stay there again.

The park is fairly clean and many activities for kids as well as adults, pool, volley ball, putt-putt golf, shuffleboard, etc. The park as all types of sites from grass back-ins for tents to pull-throughs with pond-views. The park and stay area can be pretty rowdy and little park rules are enforced very randomly. Very close to Disney and other area attractions, but the cost is much less. The pool is very clean with a café and dive-in movies. Restrooms are clean and there are multiple laundry rooms. I rated this lower than I would due to the staff at the park. Most are not very friendly and if you speak to them a large number ignore you. We camped here before and it seems like they have replaced all of the older staff that was here. The park is within walking distance, a few blocks, to Old Town and Fun Spot amusement park. Old Town is a place that is fairly unique with stores and kiddie rides to keep the youngsters entertained. For the car enthusiast there are car shows on Friday and Saturday evenings, depending on the weather. At the end of the car show there is a cruise in of all of the cars in the show. Almost any type of cars you could imagine. The Fun Spot has rides, go-carts, bungee rides and is fun for all. We will stay here again.

This campground is very convenient to downtown St. Augustine. One of the trolley tours has a courtesy shuttle downtown where you buy tickets that are good for 3 days. The sites are pretty normal size for KOA's. There are quite a few sites with shade trees, but some of the sites are narrow and you have to be careful of the trees and how you park on the site if you have slides. The pool was clean and open sun. There are paddle boats and pedal cars/ATV type stuff for rent. The one draw back are some of the tent sites on the backside of the campground flood if it rains really heavy. The staff work very hard in ensuring guests are taken care of and they seem to really enjoy working there. We would definitely stay there again.

The campground was very well kept and the sites were good size. The Lake View site we stayed in was just Awesome! Most of the other Lake sites are at the edge of the lake and are just as Awesome. At the lake there is a deck where adults and kids alike can catch and release their catch. Our grandkids caught bream, catfish, and turtles using bread and hotdogs. The campground is just off the interstate but there was no interstate noise. The campground is also only about 15 minutes from Savannah and about 30 minutes to Tybee Island. Beaufort, Parris Island, and Hilton Head is just down the street, as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Canoe, Kayak, boat rentals were very reasonable and you can walk to the water. Most sites were big enough for large rigs, but not all of them. Sites were level and very shaded. Restrooms, showers, and laundry were very clean and nice size. Sites are all hard packed dirt. We were told Wi-Fi probably would not work good due to the park was full, but our Wi-Fi worked very well with full strength bars.
