Northpoint Shores RV Resort, New Baltimore, Michigan

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is a fantastic park only 1 year old right on Lake St. Clair. All roads are smooth asphalt, sites are flat level concrete with full hook up. Close to the highway, but very little road noise, did not bother us at all and we are close to the road. Also right on the lake with a grass area to sit and watch the boats. Restrooms and showers are spotless and small laundry is great, and also spotless. No pool, but the views of the water make up for that. Shopping is within a couple of miles and many places to eat close by. Great place to come relax and enjoy the area. We camped at Northpoint Shores RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Harbortown RV Resort, Monroe, Michigan

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

This is a HUGE park, paved roads, paved pretty level sites and overall well kept. Many things for the kids to do, but some are not open yet as it is early in the season. We are on the south side of the park and right next to the train tracks, so everywhere in this park you will hear a train at some point. So far it has not been a problem, during the weekend, don't know how it is during the work week. We camped at Harbortown RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Timberline Valley RV Resort, Anderson, Indiana

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

This is now a KOA park, staff was very helpful, there are yellow shirts everywhere so getting help is not a problem. Each site appears to have a fire ring and they were being used on our visit, so some smoke is in the air. The sites go from only grass to concrete slabs, you can pay extra to get the better site, or spend a bit less and get the grass. The restrooms are older but very clean. Many activities for the kids if you have them with you. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pin Oak Creek RV Park, Villa Ridge, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

This is camping for a family, lots of activities for the kids. Heavy trees, but the tv antenna brought in over 30 stations, wifi is free for the first hour, then you pay. Almost every site has a fire ring, and they were being used when we were there, so expect the smells of smoke. We camped at Pin Oak Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Warrior RV Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Easy to get into from the highway and the office person was very helpful. You are within a couple of hundred feet from the road and traffic noise is there, but with windows closed, not noticeable. Strange the mens room had no paper towels nor soap, but it was clean for being old. Roads are asphalt and all sites are concrete and level. We camped at Warrior RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lot of road construction that has the appearance that it will be many years before finished. Many of the RV parks in this area are having the parks fill up with workers so finding a site could be difficult so calling ahead to insure they have a space would be helpful.

Dancing Eagle RV Park, Casa Blanca, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

For a reasonable safe stop for the night or a few days there is nothing wrong with this place. All gravel parking lot/rv sites, pull through sites are long enough for the longest rigs. Fairly easy to get into and out of this park. Office hours are odd, but if you call when they are open will answer the phone. WIFI was iffy, only kind of worked for a short time. We camped at Dancing Eagle RV Park in a Motorhome.

Route 66 RV Park, Edgewood, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The management couple were really nice and helpful. Got us checked in quickly and were directed to our site. Made sure we understood how to connect to the wifi and electrical. Site was dirt but plenty long and easy to navigate. Close to the highway but not too noisey for a good nights sleep. We camped at Route 66 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lambert's Cafe RV Park (formerly Stage Stop RV Park), Ozark, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great place to stay if your interested in eating at Lamberts, about a 2 minute walk from the RV park to the front door. Park is level and all gravel, power was good, wifi worked great from our site. Water pressure was very good also. There are no rest rooms nor laundry, only a nice place to park. We camped at Lambert's Cafe RV Park (formerly Stage Stop RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Elk Creek RV Park, Elk City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Older park showing its age. They also do not take cash for payment, site was almost level and power was good. Roads in the park could use repair and hole filling to make it look better and smoother. Wifi was marginal and we were able to connect easier to the Days Inn across the field from the rv park. We camped at Elk Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cahokia RV Parque, Cahokia, Illinois

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Pulled in a heavy rain storm and expected the sites to be flooded, but the drainage was great and within minutes of the rain stopping the sites were left with no standing water. Many sites are occupied by workers staying for long term, but it was not any issues with the folks that come in for a few days and then leave. The roadway outside the park is busy and there is road noise, If you stay in the park you get a discount card to use at the on site restaurant, we didn't use on this visit. People inside the park said it was very good. Roads are asphalt and sites are gravel and for the most part level. Easy commute to down town St. Louis and appears to be a safe location. We camped at Cahokia RV Parque in a Motorhome.

Cherry Hill Mobile Home Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and well kept. The bathrooms and laundry were under construction and being updated so were closed on this visit. As others have stated, the pull through sites for rv's can be extremely long, mine was 150ft and was level and clean. The trees gave leanty of shade but still would let a satelite dish get signals. The back in sites were at least 60 ft long and you might be next to a mobile home site. Almost all were well kept and the park seems to be run with a rule to keep it clean. If your in the area this would be a nice location to use as your "home base" for exploring Tulsa. We camped at Cherry Hill Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Amarillo Ranch RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Only after we signed in did we find out the wifi is only good in the clubhouse areas, not from your rig. The guide directed us to our site, made sure everything was working and explained the park has 80 psi water pressure and to use a reducer for the pressure, otherwise we could have issues. We camped at Amarillo Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Blue Spruce RV Park, Grants, New Mexico

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

The park is old and it shows, but the power and cable were good. We had a good strong wifi connection and a pull through site. Sites are small and tight, but easy on and off from the expressway. Manager was friendly and helpful. Our site was long, gravel and as level as we needed. We camped at Blue Spruce RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good park if your thinking of seeing Prescott and surrounding areas. Ashpalt streets, gravel sites that were flat and level. Power at each site is 30 or 50 amp, good drinkable water with great pressure and sewer. Office staff was helpful and made check in a breeze. We camped at Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.
