Lake Livingston/Onalaska KOA, Onalaska, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Myself and 3 other campers had reserved spots way back In Nov. 2013 for Memorial day weekend 2014 and I told the lady what spots I wanted to rent. Long story short , they moved us from a prime location to 4 new spaces that were not even paved . They had brand new crushed concrete to park on. The crushed concrete was not screened and was so large we were tripping over the huge pieces . I complained about the change of locations and the manager as much as called me a liar about the spots that I originally had rented . It was to late to find another campground as we had arrived on Friday of a long weekend. They even had the nerve to tell me that we were informed that we would be put in a gravel site as she called it . Please be aware that this is a nice RV Campground , but that they move folks around as they want to . My suggestion is to not camp here! We paid 55.00 a nite to camp , on these terrible sites . Bye the way , the folks that had my spot that I was promised .. paid the same as we paid for the terrible spot!It rained before we left 4 days later and all of my equipment was muddy .Beware of this park please! We camped at Lake Livingston/Onalaska KOA in a Travel Trailer.
