Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park, West Memphis, Arkansas

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Nice Park next to the Mississippi River. It's a 20 Mile drive to downtown Memphis. It is very nice kept and you can get plots next to the River. We stayed a bit inland, but it was just a 5 minute walk to the river. There are some small ponds for fishing. We camped at Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Seven Points Campground COE, Hermitage, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

A little gem next to a big city. It is just a 10 minute drive to the airport and maybe 30 minutes downtown Nashville. The lake is absolutely beautiful and they have a nice beach, safe for kids. The trees give a perfect shade. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Heartland Campground, Campbellsville, Kentucky

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

It's basically a campground for Amazon workers. But it has a meeting room with big TV set, games and books. If you need a place to stay in central Kentucky, it is very good and cheap. The host is very friendly. We camped at Heartland Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
