A primitive site RV park that's part of a motel. Not used too often due to location. 12 miles north of Study Butte, Tx. We had the park to ourselves. Roads are a bit rough, but taking it slow worked. Water is not good for drinking, but good for showers, laundry and other uses. Restaurant at motel has great food. Pool looked clean. The reason we have used this park are the views! We are not in a parking lot. Site number one or three has the best views of the West Texas Mountains. These were 50amp, water, no sewer, but there was a dump station. Great free Wifi. No TV reception at all, no cell phone service at all. We used the wifi for our communications and it worked well. We stayed in our 40' RV and loved it.

We have returned to this park many times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our site had pleasant views and plenty of space. We stayed in a patio site and rate is a weekly rate.

Large clean sites with cable. We stayed one night on our way to Santa Fe. It is a full timers RV park with just a few sites available for the traveler. Make sure to call for reservations. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Typical KOA with helpful staff. Good overnight spot that is easily accessed from highway. Gas station at entrance. We only use 50 amp service and cable. Pool was clean and looked inviting.

Staff helpful and friendly. Older park with over 50% seasonal trailers. We stopped for one night during the week. Very quiet with most seasonals not there. WiFi was great. Pleasant park during midweek.

Nice park! Clean sites. Older staff helpful, younger staff friendly. Water pressure good, but had sediments (make sure to have a screen on the connector). Electricity good and cable good. WiFi had strong signal but only work one day of our four day stay. The office staff blamed TengoNet for the lack of service. I would expect the park to make sure the service works, it's part of the package offered and charged for. ATT 4G was also weak at this location.
