one night, close to I-81, very friendly staff. some minor interstate noise while out walking in park but not inside MH. lovely greenspace with small stream. very good value.

Out of the way - 9 miles off I-81. Very quiet at this time of year. Friendly, small town privately owned park. Appear to be developing to family focused group camps. Converted farmland.

Wonderful people, very accommodating. Quiet site, roomy. Rustic and wild turkey's wandered by while we were eating dinner. This park is open late (December) and early (March) for snowbirder's.

Rustic and friendly. Very helpful management. Close to I-84. Lots are gravel and fairly tight to enter/exit. Lovely lake. Open early and late in season for snowbirds. Will stay again.

Wonderful folks operating this campground. Rustic with quite a drive in and out but well looked after when you are there. Propane on site. Not your KOA or Good Sam- everything for family campground but very accommodating and helpful owners. Will definitely stay there again.

More services than we needed for an overnight but we paid for them. Having RESORT in name says it all. Would likely be nice place to spend some extended time but to much for a one nighter.

Date of Stay:

Good overnight stop. Standard services, clean gravel spots. Nice folks.

Large spots, very quiet although that may be because it is off-season. Park entrance is on the Gulf, about a 5 minute walk from sites. No Wifi or cable. Good value for the price, well located with easy access to Waveland and Gulfport along with many other small centers. Also, about 45 minutes to New Orleans. A casino is ab out 5 minute drive away.

Great value. large sites but all back-ins. Well maintained and secured. Close to New Orleans - about 15 minutes to the French Quarter. Easy in and out- well definitely go again. Showers were a little dated.

OK for an overnight while traveling. Nothing special.

Roomy spaces, quiet. well maintained state park with wonderful Caverns. Well worth your time.

Cable TV does not work with older TV even with a digital converter but no discount offered for that. Internet shut down and unable to access in AM and no one in store/on-premises we could contact to fix. While the park is lovely we feel we paid top rate fees for service we did not receive.

Nice clean park, large grass sites with individual camp tables. Several available WiFi hook up's, all showed strong signals; however, none worked. We tried 2 separate tablets and a laptop. No success. The office was not helpful with the problem indicating the "WiFi worked in the office". Looks like a nice friendly family place but need to address the WiFi issue.

Rustic location but very handy to many sites on the Island. 10 minutes to downtown Charlottetown. Very weak WiFi. You need to be at or near office to get and hold the signal. They just had it installed that day so it may have been fixed/upgraded since. Good location for short stay if looking for central quiet location.

Small but central location. Close to Interstate but entrance to park is a little confusing. Limited number of overnight, non-seasonal sites when we were there. Reasonable value for location which is next to a great river front walkway.
