First Impression: Clean and new, but, not worthy of a $250/wk resort fee. The title says "Resort", but it's not a resort. The pool is not heated, so too cold. No jacuzzi. No site picnic tables. I think it was previously a cow pasture because it smells like cow manure, especially at night, so can't open the windows. The shower/bathrooms are very nice. Backs in to the pond (not a lake), so you don't see the water from inside the RV. Stayed here during a local event, because all others were booked full, otherwise would never pay that much for this park. They tried to charge us $59 for the 8th night, instead of prorating the weekly fee, and then became a bit rude when we asked about prorating. That - is what actually determined that we are Definitely Not going to be a repeat customer.

1st Impr: A dry desert hill. Customer is not valued. Reservations consisted of pull in Sunday, pay on Mon. I agreed to pay cash on Mon. BUT card charged on Sat, before arrival. Most spots cannot accommodate LG RVs. Noone to call. Took a spot so RV would fit, sent them email. Mon: Lawn guy grumbled we aren't supposed to be here. Continues with rude glances our way. Called office asking why they ch'd our card: bookkeeping excuse. Told to move, but already set up. Customer is not valued in this place.

Great owners. Nice views of the lake and incredible snow capped mountain views. Found a few trails to walk to the lake, as well as driving down to the lake. Also nice little town with really nice people. Would stay here again!!
