Nice park with clean restrooms and laundry room. They also have a fitness room with hot tub (we did not use either). The splash pad for younger kids is inviting. The beach area is raked daily and nice. Rentals are available for kayaking and board paddle. Of course if you have any of your own water toys there is plenty of lake to enjoy. The only level sites are on the water and each row back gets more uneven. We moved 4 times before a waterfront site become available. The office staff is wonderful, they work to make your stay enjoyable. So why not a 10 rating? 1. The numerous unlevel sites (Fifth wheels did manage better). 2. The smell from the dumpsters. 3. The stench from the fish cleaning station on the lake,(the dumpsters are one end of the park and the fish station on the other end). On the weekend when the park is full - you are going to smell one or the other, maybe both. 4. When they edge, grass clippings fly up onto your motorhome. We would consider staying here again, the grand-kids loved it.

On the park website is a VERY old picture. The nice sandy beach does not exist - overgrown with grass. The pool area offers NO shade - unless you go inside the "clubhouse" and it has little to offer besides shade. I did not use the bath house but I did look inside - it appeared clean. The sites are very long and narrow. There are many trees. The pull thru Sites 109, 110 and 111 flood with rainfall. We have been full timers for almost 5 years traveling mostly in the South and this is the first time we have been infested with sugar ants. They are everywhere outside and of course like to come inside. Grrr. The TV hookup is very snowy and we haven't been able to get that issue resolved. We have our own internet and the cell coverage is okay. The nice lake has NO FISHING signs posted everywhere! Their are several pipeline workers here, so it is very quiet during the day and evening. We are here to visit family and this location is good for that reason only. A week is the minimum stay. We are here for a month $495 + electric. Probably have to stay here again to visit family. This is better than most in this area.

Warning: If you enter by following the RV Park signs you will encounter a difficult right turn with a very deep ditch. The locals said there is at least one occurrence a month here. Our site had an electrical issue and we were relocated. They have cable, but you need to attach a separate box (office provides) to your TV. The landscape for the most part is very nice and the pool area, bathroom/showers, laundry are all kept clean. The new manager has gone out of his way to be helpful and the staff is nice. After finally getting settled, we are happy here.

Well maintained and clean park. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient to highway. The only negative would be the dirt sites. If you had a lot of rain, it could get messy fast! We would stay here again. Office was friendly.

We have a 45' RV and spent 3 hrs trying to find a site that could accommodate us, even though I had explained 3 months in advance when I made reservations! After that everything was perfect! All public areas are well maintained and clean. The boat was on time and the best mode of transportation for us.
